Jack was a great host, really helpful and informative, he made my stay v rewarding and took all the stress off me by driving me to and from the train station . The room was clean and comfortable and well equipped with a great location.

Jack’s an excellent host, both flexible and accommodating. The double room I booked was nice, clean and airy, with the added bonus of a tabletop fridge stocked with a few drinks - a thoughtful touch. The bed was very confortable too; a perfect spot to lay my head for a few days’ visit for family celebrations.The location’s ideal; just a short walk from the centre and only ten minutes from the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of nearby amenities, including eateries, a local mini supermarket and various shops, making it easy to explore the area without wanting for anything.Given its seaside location, you can occasionally and expectedly hear traffic and seagulls but the double-glazed windows effectively dulls the sound when needed.Overall, a very pleasant experience, great value for money and I highly recommend this place for your stay. As a solo female traveller I always aim to find a place that feels like a home away from home. I felt relaxed right away. It's clean tidy and cosy, light and spacious. 6min walk away from the beach. 8min walk away from the most stylish bar in town with live music. The host has a warm smile and makes you feel welcomed like you're a friend already. I will definitely come back and stay.

It's my second time and I brought several friends to experience it this time, too. Great place - but it's not like a 5-star hotel. However, I did have a fridge in my room. Great value. Quirky but relaxing. Jack is a perfect host. Other guests quiet and polite. Opt for the breakfast option: you won't be disappointed.

This place is like a home away from home. The residence is very clean, spacious and has a wonderful atmosphere. Jack goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything that you need. Great prices, location and amazing hospitality. The only downside is that I should have stayed longer! Do not hesitate to book, you will not regret it :)

This is the fourth time we stay with Jack. He is the ultimate host and goes out of his way for every guest. We commend him for his kindness and care. He is forthcoming with useful tourist information. Jack's place is comfortable and clean with a variety of rooms. There is a well equipped kitchen also. Booking and check-in is easy with safe parking and good wifi. The proximity to the beaches and town- excellent!!! We enjoyed 5 star gourmet breakfasts as Jack is a wonderful chef! Thank you Jack, we will be back yet again!

If you re looking for a stay in Bournemouth, then do not search further. King's Beach Residence is a wonderful place to stay - close to the beach as well as the town center, but the biggest bonus is hotel owner's Jack's personal attitude towards each guest. Wide range of breakfast choices, bus station transfer, and over all - cozy, friendly and very welcoming vibe. Thank you, Jack for hosting us! It made our stay in Bournemouth very special!

I can not rate this place enough. I initially booked this place for a week and extended it to two because of how lovely it is. Firstly the rooms are so beautiful. Beds are comfortable, it’s super clean, it’s literally a 4 min walk to the beach, it’s has a lovely kitchen. The host Jack is amazing, so helpful and kind. He gave me so many tips on all the sites to visit. I was so sad to be leaving. I’ll definitely be back here when I get the chance. A+++

I stayed a few nights in the hotel. It is excellent value and the room was very clean.If traffic noise bothers you ask for a rear room. Windows are acoustic so you should be fine. The owner is easily approachable and looks after the place well. Excellent location. Thank you

Nicest place i have ever stayed at. Great location right next to the beach! Close to town! Lovely building with spacious rooms, kitchens to cook food, super fast virgin media WiFi. Jack the owner is very friendly and accommodating!

How is it possible that this place in many ways is better than a five star hotel but at a price point way less? One word - Jack. This is Jack's place and he makes everyone feel like family. There is no breakfast menu. He'll make you whatever you want (within reason). His space is your space. We had 25 non guests in the lounge. (Just keep the noise down after 11). Pet friendly on the ground floor. Without asking Jack had checked the tred on my tyres noticed an issue and offered to drive me to the local tyre repair shop. There are so many examples of why Jack makes this place the only place I'll ever stay in Bournemouth and why i, my family and my friends will keep coming back year after year. Thank you Jack for another memorable stay!

If you're looking for a 5 star luxury hotel with all the frills, this is not the place for you. If you are however looking for homely kinda feel to your stay like your sharing a big house with lovely people then this is for you. Jack is one of the most amazing hosts I have ever met, his hospitality goes beyond anything I have every experienced from anyone in the UK. I now know where to stay every time I visit Bournemouth and made a new friend in the process as well.
