Lovely house and adjoining cottage. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. 14 of us had a fantastic walking holiday whilst based here.

We really enjoyed using the garden and house. It was great for our mentor group meeting. The place was warm and welcoming, and the main room we used was lovely. We had a good time throughout our stay. The owner was very polite. Thanks for a great stay.

A fantastic house to hang out with friends. The communal spaces are comfortable and well kitted out. Outside area and view is gorgeous. Surrounding countryside is beautiful for walking and there is a good pub across the road. Brilliant. Thank you Liesha.

Booked through Hoseasons almost 18 months in advance, was contacted and told the owner wanted to increase the price by £600, paid the extra, then contacted 8 months later to say the owner had changed their mind on price and wanted to increase by another £800, what a total charlatan, obviously no business acumen whatsoever as cannot price correctly, and then when satisfied, tries to gouge the price even more, holiday let owner at their worst

A perfect house and cottage for a large family break. Plenty of space and beautiful house and gardens. It had everything we needed and well stocked. The fire pit / bbq was great and the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fab short break at Poundgate Park. Liesha replied very promptly to my initial inquiries and the house was even better in person that from the website pics. It was very spacious for the 16 of us and the kids had their own space too! There was a slight problem with the hot water but Liesha sorted out a gas engineer extremely quickly. There’s plenty to do in the area - bike rides, Ashdown Forest and the coast wasn’t far for nice walk along the cliffs. Fab time had by all - hope to return in the future!

Fabulous location, the view is spectacular. The house has a used feel to it, which meant we felt relaxed to feel at home and settle in for a wonderful weekend.Perfect for a day visit to the seaside for a swim and back in time for a BBQ, There are some wonderful outdoor seating areas, with little fairy lights at the end of the garden too. Felt like a fabulous location for all seasons as there were snug rooms for quiet escape from the main group. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the perfect place for my 50th Birthday weekend away.

I booked this for my wife’s birthday.There was 13 of us and 3 dogs yet it didn’t feel crowded.It is an amazing house and the garden is a beautiful place to be.The bedrooms are very comfortable.The best thing for me was the fantastic dining table that you can all comfortably sit around.We loved sitting around the fire pit into the early hours.We would recommend this lovely house to anyone for a special occasion or just a fantastic holiday.

Booked the whole place for a hen do weekend and it was amazing! Such a beautiful, spacious house and the garden is absolutely dreamy! Everything you need and all of really good quality. Great communication with the owner and just wonderful all round. Probably the nicest house I’ve ever stayed in. They also have a vulcanus wood fired bbq which made it surprisingly easy to cook for a big group of 16. Would love to return

As a large hen party we hired poundgate Park house and cottage. I can not recommend this venue highly enough. The sleeping accommodation is fantastic with good quality beds and bathrooms. The decor is modern, clean and fresh. You couldn’t wish for more when it comes to social areas the open plan kitchen, dinning and sitting room provides an amazing place to all interact without being crowded. The snug and conservatory add quite space to relax and chill. The grounds are spectacular, I was able to arrange a number of activities such as laser clay pigeon shooting and hula hooping master class. As there was so much space to take advantage of. Communication with the property’s owner was flawless, nothing was to much trouble and we were presented with a beautiful welcoming card and cakes. As an added bonus to the property’s location the pub over the road is lovely serving great food with friendly atmosphere. Tunbridge Wells also only short distance away with plenty to offer for entertainment. We throughly enjoyed our stay thank you x
