This has been one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. I currently live in the studio and found bed bugs. The owner tried to blame it on me and wants me to pay for the treatment, but look at the mattress and you be the judge of it. …

Location is good enough, close to the city center and to lots of clubs. If you only want to spend the night, it is perfect otherwise it is not actually a 4 stars hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the executive room. We were greeted by a lovely lady on reception. …

Somehow we ended up in the ‘studio’. I’d have been a bit disappointed by the standard if it was an Airbnb but as it was meant to be a hotel I was just confused. It was nothing like a hotel. You couldn’t stand up in the bedroom. …

What an awful place, uncaring and not an ounce of compassion. We had booked for 4 nights at this hotel unfortunately on the day we arrived we heard that my partners mother had died very suddenly and we need to return home. There was no-one on site at the hotel (it does say that there was no-one on site after 7pm but this was about 5.30pm and no-one on site then) there is a mobile number to call and we tried twice to call but there was no reply and no option to leave a message, we did also send a text explaining our circumstances but that was never responded to.About an hour later the fire alarm at the hotel went off and we went into the car park, no-one was on site to check that everyone was out of the hotel and eventually a guest rang the emergency number and the owner came, he put a number in the control panel and then was about to dash off again. We tried to explain our situation and that we were leaving early the next morning, we didn't get one word of care or compassion from this person they really couldn't care, although we wouldn't expect a full refund a gesture of the refund of one night would have been appreciated or just a word of sympathy. The room we were due to stay in was back advertised on the website the next day so they have had double money for that room! They don't care about their guests, awful uncaring place

One of the worst nights this year! Stayed at this hotel Tuesday night and was greeted by bed bugs 1am in the morning!!! Disgusting and the gentleman who helped me move rooms was hasty and rude! Emailed asking for a full refund no response from management! Avoid if you want an itch free night!!!
