Nick was absolutely amazing and friendly, had issues with Booking.com but Nick helped sort it out and after a stressful day Nick's humor and friendliness was exactly what made me book another night here. Breakfast was delicious and so many options, highly recommend this place and if I'm back in the area I will be back. Thank you Nick and Team

I booked last minute wasn't expecting a response.We arrived at 4pm. Nick welcomed us . He was polite and told us about breakfast times. House rules .and other information.Our room was top floor with a great sea view.The room was warm and comfortable. The bed big spacious and comfortable.The bathroom/shower room cosy.The wardrobe had plenty of coat hangers.Breakfast time was wow. What great selection too many to mention. Full English was very tasty.Well done Nick and family.

Small, typical hotel, family-run, child-friendly. great location - right by the sea and at the bus stop. Small, lovingly furnished rooms, everything typically English. (Don't forget the adapter for the socket!) Nice and quiet at night.Clean with daily room service.The breakfast is good, warm food (beans, sausages, potatoes, eggsâŚ) is served to the table at the desired time. At the buffet there is bread, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juices and fruit, as well as porridge etc. - typical Continental breakfast in the small, fine dining room, which is decorated with maritime decorations. If you have any questions, there is always someone available - if you like English, small and fine, you will love it!

Definitely not recommend to anybody, there is no place for the costumer it self. First of all, it's parking. We couldn't find any space near the hotel and the information on the booking is "Hotel has parking". The owner explained that you could park on the street, which means there is a lie in the description of the ad. From the beginning of our stay, the owner was rude, and unprofessional and had an explanation for everything even about parking. You can feel there as a customer you are not important, only rights have the owner and you need to accept this. Even situation at breakfast, where the woman went to make tea, she was treated as if she doing something wrong and couldn't even explain because the owner already knew he was right. It left really unpleasant feeling. Poor quality of food and tomatoes from a can.

The man that we saw on arrival flew through the rules so quickly we felt bombarded. No smile of welcome, we felt like we were an inconvenience. Room was very small, shower and toilet tiny and hand basin next to the bed!|Breakfast was average. Will not be returning

Lovely hotel.Nick the frontman is a cracking host, infact all the staff I met was brilliant.Breakfast was cracking.Dont worry about the parking u will find a space just drive round the block.Very attentive .Definitely will return like so many do.

Rude welcome and rude staff. We arrived early to drop our bags off, we were left on the doorstep and door closed while the member and staff went to check on the phone with the owner.  âŚ

Unfortunately due to the location and the popularity of the venue when we attempted to stay, there was no parking ( even though when we booked we stipulated we need parking, due to being disabled).after 45 minutes of going around in circles, We did find one space that was the owners, but when informing him we were parked there he told us we needed to move it straight away. This was at 9:30 in the evening. After a discussion with the owner who was without a doubt very very rude, it was agreed that we would cancel our weekend away and come home. Given it had been a very long day a 2 hour drive in the dark was the last thing we needed. To add insult to injury the owner called when we were half way home to say there were plenty of places to part now. I will never recommend this hotel just for the attitude of the manager.
