It's a nice pumpkin farm. Our room was clean and comfy. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night since we've been on a road trip and it was our last night before we went back home. I could definitely imagine to stay longer.

Very friendly and welcoming, our room was really nice, clean, spacious with a lovely comfortable bed and WiFi, no TV in room (though there is one in the lounge) instead two large bay windows where you can sit and watch the ducks and chickens (a much better option in my opinion). Breakfast is continental style with fresh pastry, fruit juice and fresh coffee placed in a wicker basket outside your room in the morning. A countryside B&B a little different from the normal Travelodge style, loved it.

The room was spotless but very bland, everything white, very noisy from room above sounded like they were on floorboards and re arranging the furniture 😳 Shannon was lovely and very polite and helpful, there was a mirror and hairdryer but no sockets near mirror. Shower was very powerful but very small, people coming down the stairs were very noisy, breakfast hamper was lovely

The warmest most inviting guest house I've been to. With great prices to stay. Also pet friendly. The menu has a fabulous selection, and also a lovely selection of local sparkling wines and ciders. The rooms are spacious. I will be back.

It wasn't easy to find the location because it had to be accessed from a 40-mile road, but other than that, everything was satisfactory. The heating was good, the water pressure was strong, the hearty breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and warm... It was really cozy and felt like home. It's a shame that I couldn't look around the outside space because it was rainy, but I want to go again soon.

Beautiful Guesthouse. Peaceful and warmly decorated. Good for a quiet get away. Not far from Hastings and Rye. Shannon and Kelly are good hosts. Our room is lovely with a vineyard view, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Cozy lounge with fireplace on at night. Highly recommended! And we will be back. |Bella & Nick

Not sure what I expected, and on first glance I though faulty towers, but was way wrong loved the whole stay there, staff were awesome, rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were great to walk around. Got a nice little hamper in the morning left outside the door. Chickens enjoy a stroke in their run. Overall highly recommend and really enjoyed our stay
