Basic and a bit tired, but cheap. Staff were friendly and helpful Sufficient parking, room for a van (no height restrictions). Bit of noise from deliveries etc at neighbouring restaurant, but didn't notice motorway noise. Easily adjustable heating. Comfortable bed. Bath very slippy, so be careful getting in and out!

Stayed at this hotel in a family room, and the location was great. There was a WH Smiths, burger king nearby as this hotel is located on the motorway M6 services area.Staff was really good and helpful. The lady in the evening shift helped me register my car for the days that I was staying with them. Other staff was also helpful as and when we needed anything. The carpets and the furniture especially the chairs in our room, were dated and was in need of an update. We had a great night sleep.Overall a great place to stay.
