Do not book this place.I will start at the beginning.Check in was awful. No email sent with key code to get the key.3pm was their check in time.At 3pm we arrived at the property, I checked my emails and there wasn’t anything to let us know how to get in.We had to call someone to help us, which took nearly 20mins to get this sorted, during this time we were stood outside in the cold.We finally get in to be greeted by the steepest, narrowest steps I have ever seen. Not just one set but 4 sets up to our top floor apartment (see pictures)You have to climb the 1st steps to any of the apartments and they were the steepest. There was absolutely no mention of these steep stairs in any descriptions on any booking platform, we had a member of our party who had recently been in hospital, with a bad hip, this caused her extreme stress and pain for the rest of our stay.Trying to get our luggage up the stairs was an absolute nightmare, do not book if you are unfit, have any health issues, young children with pushchairs (there is nowhere you can leave pushchairs while you take anything else up to your appointment) or lots of heavy luggage, in my opinion they are extremely dangerous one slip and you would seriously hurt yourself or even worse. The apartment was absolutely freezing and took well over 24hrs to heat up, we were so cold during the night and getting ready the next morning, they turn the heating off once a guest has left, even in the middle of winter and if another guest is arriving the same day, with high ceilings and single glazed windows with gaps around them, it doesn’t retain the heat. One of the single beds needs the mattress replacing as it dips in the middle, we ended up flipping it over trying to make it better to sleep on, this bed had been mentioned quite a few times in other reviews since spring 23 and still nothing has been done. The blinds, unless you are over 5ft 10 you can’t reach them to pull them down, fortunately one of our party was 5ft 10 and with her standing on her tip toes she managed to just about reach them to pull them down, the one in the kitchen is so high you need to stand on the worktop to reach it. (See pictures)One towel each, we are women, we need more than one small bath towel, how were we suppose to shower and wash our hair with one small towel each. The shower was coming off the wall, which made showering very difficult (see pictures)The remote for the tv didn’t work, so no tv or background music for us to listen to.The light switch in the kitchen by the door started making a sizzling noise and the lights under the units went out, it’s very dangerous, so we quickly switched them off. It’s so noisy, was woken up at 5am with all the deliveries and noise happening below us, you can hear a pin drop from outside due to massive gaps around the paper thin windows. The whole place was filthy.I contacted the company and they couldn’t care less about it.Wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me too.

Dirty apartment, dirty sheets, the customer service was appalling as they told me as I approached Harrogate (heavily pregnant) that our apartment wasn't ready when they had the whole day to prepare and notify me we couldn't stay there. I had to beg to stay there as I was pregnant and we had to buy cleaning products to clean the entire apartment. They refused to refund my £60 cleaning fee. Please do not use this company.

I am stranded overnight and till now (the next day) with 3 young children as I cannot access this accommodation. It was very unsafe for me and my family overnights and the Booking.com or property management does nor care.Booking.com don’t help either even for safety of children. We got here to Harrogate late at 11 pm and could not open the key locker despite many attempts until 2am. No one would help. I got an overnight accommodation at 3am with my 3 children and wife in a golf resort hopping to get in next day.Next day- it’s mid-day now and we still can’t get into the property. On the phone continually and no one can come to help despite many communications. We are 200 miles away from kent and no accommodation even now. This is criminal to expose us to such risk. Please be mindful that they don’t care.

Really nice apartment, very roomy and enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids. We stayed for 3 nights for a reasonable price. Beds were comfy and showers good too. Excellent location, only difficulty is the narrow steep stairs. Would definitely visit again though.
