The rooms are small, but cozy and functional, the location is quite good, close to London's two main train stations and Metro stations, which makes mobility in the city easier.This hotel works perfectly as a base camp, that is, just to arrive, sleep, and leave your things safe while you tour London.The staff, very attentive, close and helpful

No frills, humble, clean, and just what I was looking for as a solo female traveller! It was an amazing value, and the location couldn't have been better. I stayed in the single room with en suite bathroom. It had everything I needed, including a window! (Yes, if you're not careful booking budget stays, you may be put in a sordid basement or musty interior room). I hope this place retains its integrity because I'd definitely stay again in the future!

Quiet location close to St. Pancras and King's Cross stations.The room has light, enough drawers and plenty of sockets and USB ports. A very large sink.🚾Toilet and 2 showers on the floor, there were no problems with access.♿The building has many stairs and no elevator, so the place is not accessible. The suitcase will also have to be dragged up the stairs. But the hotel warns about this in advance. I was fine with a small suitcase.🍽️ There was no breakfast

The rooms are a bit small in space but everything is correct. It is very clean, both the rooms and the shared bathroom. The area is perfect because it is 5 minutes from St Pancras and King's Cross train and tube stations and there is a lot of food nearby. It's in a quiet square, although you'd better wear a mask to sleep, because the curtains let a lot of light through, even though they're thick.

Friendly help on arrival, if I paid in cash in € I would get a 15% discount. So I paid cash in €. But according to him the exchange rate was €5 higher and I asked him why that was the case and what he was looking at and he did not want to tell me. I say "I have calculated it and arrived at this amount", but the gentleman really wanted €5 more... I thought I wouldn't make a fuss about it. But I would have appreciated some explanation. But that didn't happen and there was still a strange feeling about it, because that 15% discount suddenly no longer applies.We also got a room on the 2nd floor and that was originally going to be on the 1st floor. But it was full and people were staying longer, so he helped carry the largest suitcase to the 2nd floor.There is no elevator.Once there you came to a door, then into a narrow hall with 3 rooms.Once in the room, I was shocked at how small it was and was glad that we didn't have to be there much. We had a clean room with 2 single beds, the pillow was too thin and the bed was too hard. Beds made of wood without springs or the like. A wardrobe, small TV, desk, kettle and a sliding door led to the bathroom. On the right is the toilet, the small sink and the shower. Coat rack on the door and what was nice was that the window could be opened and there was a fan. The sun was shining (early May 2024) and it became quite warm in the room, which was much more pleasant with the fan on.The disadvantage was that there was hardly any space to put the suitcase down.After all, you're living out of your suitcase.We stayed 2 nights and when we returned after day 1 we saw that they had been in our room. The beds were made and the curtain was open, which we had just closed for the sun.So it was very warm there now..But I personally find it unpleasant that they were in the room for such a short period of time.This is not necessary for 2 nights and it would have been appreciated if they had asked first whether it was "necessary".When checking out there was another gentleman at the reception who was not so friendly. There was no way to say thank you or have a nice trip or anything like that.We will not be coming back to this hotel or this neighborhood anytime soon.

A small typically London hotel, close to the Eurostar train station. Small room but very well and new finishes, good lighting, nice en-suite bathroom (except for tiny tiny basin and treacherously slippery floor in the very new shower). Coffee and tea, television, and ample closet space for a small room. Hauling heavy suitcases up two flights on a steep stairwell was the biggest drawback for a woman in her 70’s.

Very good location if you are traveling from Kings Cross or St Pancras. Small hotel in an old building without a lift. No lounge or breakfast room. Narrow passages. My room was small, but fresh and comfortable. Good wifi and plenty of sockets for chargers. Noise from stairwells and adjacent rooms. Pretty affordable though.

There are two types of rooms, unless I miss something. Room with own bathroom or room with shared bathroom.We took a room with its own bathroom, it's small, but you're not going to London to stay and sleep all day. You make do with space.Even leaving the bed made, they made it for us every day (learning to warn that it is not necessary).Change of towels every day.The staff is fine, nothing to mention.The location is very good.There is a station next door. You have places to have breakfast a few minutes away, a supermarket...

Very clean, corridors a little narrow but it is still a building that is more than 100 years old. Italian staff.
