Good location. Nice service. The room was small, but the facility was okay. The major defect was the I could hear everything that happens in the streets such as people talking, honking, and ect.

BE CAREFUL, very poor value for money!!!!The bathroom is very small in addition to not having any pressure regarding the shower, having to spend 10 minutes each day in the shower alternating with boiling water and frozen water because IMPOSSIBLE to have the appropriate temperature even if we turn the mixer.Accommodation is clearly not insulated, from 7 a.m. you can hear the creaking floorboards, the drafts passing despite the closed windows.Mattress not comfortable, the ad stipulates a queen size bed, ultimately it is two small mattresses stuck together with a hole in the middle.No cooking equipment!

Very nice staff, especially the lady who was on duty during the day.It was possible to arrange with the accommodation to store our luggage before we go to the airport, so we didn't have to drag our luggage. The WiFi in the room was excellent, compared to other accommodations I have ever been to. The hotel is in a very strategic location near the subway, Hyde Park, restaurants. Just perfectly situated.The equipment in the room and especially the equipment purchased are very good (I want the soap home! 😀) Only the toilet could be a few centimeters away from the shower, because of legroom.The second bed in the form of a pull-out bed was absolutely terrible. I can feel every crease, if we were two obese people we wouldn't even fit. Either the accommodation chooses a different type of sofa bed, or it does not offer this service

Two stars simply because they sell what is notIt is supposed to have a kitchen, if it has a kitchenBut there is nothing to cook, pots, frying pan.According to service, cooking is not possible.The pipes are fine, there is no water pressure, before confirming the reservation they told us that it was a fault, there is no pressure, you have to shower after 10:00 p.m. to get some pressure out, if you can Showering well at night in the morning the water stops intermittently and nothing comes out.It is good to sleep, there is no noise, a well-located area very close to the metro.There is no elevator, it is 90 steps to the top

We stayed here for a few days with our baby and found everything perfect. The location is excellent, the room very spacious and bright. The kitchenette includes a microwave, boiler, toaster and a fridge. The bathroom very modern.We got the room on the first floor, overlooking the street, wonderful.There are stairs and you have to load suitcases and strollers by hand.The staff very helpful. We will be back.

We were not looking for anything fancy. Just basic accommodation in a central location. Based on the apartment assigned to us, BeiRoom Apartments should not be allowed to rent out rooms in such conditions.The apartment was located in the basement, which was probably the main problem and I should have insisted on a room on a higher floor. The pull-out couch was partly broken and I had to get the man at the reception to help me pull out the bed. The rooms looked damp and smelled moldy. Walls, kitchen cupboards, bathtub, ceilings...were in dire need of urgent repair, and no attempt was made to cover up the damage in some places. My children and I felt really uncomfortable there and they refused to use the shower. Luckily we spent most of our time outside and we only booked 2 nights.So, no....absolutely will not stay here again and would not recommend it. Positives: The location was good and the staff at the tiny reception was helpful.

Very disappointed after reading good reviews.I booked executive studio for myself and my daughter. Which was supposed to be a king-size bed and a sofa neither of those things were in the room it was 2 singles at different heights put together. I could have unseen those problems. If there wasn't other issues we were on 3rd floor I believe. one of our windows was missing a lock and it couldn't close there was a blue plastic bag jammed up the side to stop draughts ,the other window had a gap down the side, there was pieces of flooring missing at the bathroom entrance and the towel rail wasn't secured to bathroom wall and kept falling off. I told the reception when we left that we were unhappy with beds and he was very dismissive so I decided to walk away at that point and decided to email bei rooms manger about the other problems. I contacted them by email and sent pictures and the he ignored me ,I contacted booking. Com and then the hotel got back to to say that only one of those problems existed in the room which was the towel rail. He dismissed everything else I sent picturesThis hotel obviously have no morals

I recently stayed in one of the executive rooms on the second floor at BeiRoom Hyde Park Apartments and had a fantastic experience.Positive:The location is unbeatable, just a minute away from Hyde Park and a short walk to both Lancaster Gate and Paddington Station, making it easy to explore the city.Room:The room was spacious, beautifully renovated, and well-maintained. The kitchenette was fully equipped, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Despite being on a higher floor, the staff were very accommodating and offered to help with my luggage.The overall stay was comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London!

Great location, lovely neighborhood with tall, elegant buildings, peaceful, next to Hyde Park, close to the tube, perfect for quick trips throughout London. The rooms are warm and comfortable. You have to lift the luggage yourself because there is no elevator. However, the personnel is helpful and kind. Strongly advise.

Well located. On the other hand, the room was not great. Tiny, cracked wall, sinking parquet floor. Not very warm. A very poorly equipped kitchen. The shower was ok but impossible to wash your hair because no pressure at all.

Location close to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station, great. The area, very quiet. We were allowed to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out (although the security method was poor)The problem we had was that it was a 4th floor without an elevator; the room had a very low ceiling and was a bit claustrophobic, plus the maintenance was not adequate. The window closed badly and was half broken, the water in the shower and toilet came out without pressure, and the kitchenette left a lot to be desired.

The rooms have a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and just two cups, two plates and two sets of cutlery. It does not have elements, for example, to cook something basic. It has an electric kettle and toaster.The facilities are deteriorated, showing a lack of maintenance. The room I stayed in has a portable air conditioner that takes up quite a bit of space, out of the little that is already available.The bed is comfortable and you can rest properly.For its part, the bathroom is very small, limited for people with bulky bodies. The shower provides very little water, poor flow and does not come out hot.The hygiene of the place is correct and the attention of the staff who received us was not very charismatic.
