Had some problems with the accommodation,First we spoke prier to our arrival to the hotel and mentioned that we will arrive around 2-3 am , in their website and in their emails says 24/7But when we arrived no one available in the reception we had to wait till 9am outside with our luggage till one of the employees arrived. The second issue was that they don't clean the rooms, only if you stay more then 4 days they will clean the room on the 4th day but you do need to remind them on the third day.I did asked on the third day to clean the room the next day, but no one came to clean the roomOn the fourth day we had no toilet paper and no clean towels. The really good Thing is the location of the hotel . I have should've add some more money and book in another place with better service.

A disgraceful place, if you are looking for a medieval apartment this is your place... chicken bones on the terrace, the floor was crusty, lint hanging from the bathroom extractor fan, the shower was disgusting and I could go on... more 20 cigarettes on the terrace....

I do not recommend it at all, there are bed bugs and dust, very narrow rooms and very expensive, with disproportionate prices. We were told that we would receive a refund and we canceled the reservation, and to this day I have not received any refund

The only positive point of this apartment is the location, the rest is to be avoided! RUN AWAY! The first thing we notice when we arrive is the omnipresent smell of humidity, then the dirt and lastly the poor insulation. There are hot water cuts, mold everywhere... in short, move on

The place is dirty, there was hair from the people before us still on the floor when we arrived, and there's a lot of mould in the bathroom. It's also very noisy because the walls are paper thin so you hear other inhabitants as if they were in your own apartment.

Where do I even start! This place should be closed down. I booked here to stay over christmas and give my daughter the london experience. We actually had to end up leaving the property on Christmas day morning having to book another property. Firstly they messed up our rooms. There were 3 of us and only gave us a double room. Apparently agoda do not take into consideration of children under the age of 16 as a person so keep that in mind. Even though having paid for 3 people.. the sister hotel told us that there were 3 people checking out of a triple room in the morning and could have a choice so we agreed to sleep in the room for 1 night providing we are moved first thing baring in mine this was christmas eve. They sent us a mattress up so my daughter was sleeping on a mattress on the floor! They didn't provide us with the mattress till gone 9.30 even after calling 3 times. We got stuck in the lift for a good 15minutes no one came after pressing the alarm several times.we had to wait for it to sort itself out. The apart wasn't the cleanest, the kitchenette wasn't all functional couldn't cook a meal. And as it was a double room there were only 2 of everything such as plates cups etc. The noise at night was horrible people hanging around in the halls till around 2.30am. So the next day Christmas day we go down to get moved and surprise surprise the person on the desk had no Idea what was going on there was no handover he told us there are no rooms as the people checking out there are then those checking in. He said he would try sort something out. A couple hours waiting there was still nothing. We had to end up booking on air bnb and leaving. The service was absolute rubbish people working there were pretty clueless. There is no health and safety side to it. The place is a joke and hoping to get refunded. If you just want a bed with a roof over your head for one night then its fine. But if you want to eat, wash etc then this is NOT the place or to have your children stay. The only good thing I will say is it's close to winter wonderland but I'd rather travel a few more miles then stay in that place. Numberouse emails and calls were made by Agoda to the reception about getting us a room or just something and never replied. Agoda who I booked through have been very helpful and trying their best of a refund. People say places have bad reviews but they actually end up ok. Not this place I wouldn't even risk it
