The hotel is in a perfect location, 3 minutes from King's Cross station in a quiet street. There is every type of service nearby.Our room, a triple in the basement, was small but spotless. There is a coffee machine, coffee, tea, biscuits etc.The bathroom is small and lacks some support, but clean and equipped with an excellent hairdryer. Daily change of towels.We did not take advantage of the breakfast.Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

Hotel is not special, but neat and clean. Small rooms. Staff very friendly. Situated in a quiet street within perfect distance of Kings Cross station. There you will find everything regarding public transport. Incl. the international Eurostar. Is only a few hundred meters walk!

The location is perfect, next to King Cross to catch metro and bus lines. The service is very good, they are very attentive. They kept our suitcases while they prepared the room so we could walk around London. The rooms are quite small but have everything you need for sightseeing. The hotel does not have an elevator. The views we had were very good of the main street.

Awful experience. Overprice hotel with shitty Wi-Fi (it did not work more than a few hours at the end of my stay of 2 days)Rooms are tiny, not super clean and you can hear everything. I'm only 175cm tall and the bed was barely fitting me!The breakfast is OK for the price and at least I got a quiet night of sleep... My bathroom cabinet door was broken upon arrival something that the maid should/must have seen but thought this was OK I guess?

I don't usually write reviews, however, I felt this hotel definitely deserved one!The hotel location is ideal, upmarket, central - but quiet. The front hotel rooms overlook a nice park. The rooms are a little small - but they are still double rooms. The rooms are modern and very clean. I also loved the contemporary designs! I had a great nights sleep, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms are very quite. The plasma tv on the wall was brand new and worked perfectly. The only downside was that the room didnt have ac, however we did have a nice powerful fan which made up for it.I would 100% stay here again.

The single room is small but for a single traveller is clean and comfortable and good value for money in the area. The only place to hang clothes is two hook on the inside and outside of the bathroom door which may be an issue for some but didn't bother me. The bathroom towels and mats are replaced daily and the shower got nice and hot with good pressure.Only concern for some is that there is no lift and the stairs are narrow which could be a concern for the elderly or those with mobility issues.

Great hotel for a short stay in London! Rooms are small, but very neat and the location is perfect. Bed also sleeps well. I'm almost 2 meters tall, but I was able to sleep well. Staff are very friendly and helpful.Little tip: a few extra shelves and hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletries would be a welcome addition. Now there is very little space to store things.We would love to come back again!

No elevator and the WIFI didn't function well. But apart from that everything was impeccable! Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff for allowing me to check in earlier upon my arrival and taking care of my luggage after check out.

The hotel is in close proximity to Kings Cross / Euston Station and the facilities are of a good standard for a budget hotel.The service however was not up to standard. When I first arrived the receptionist gave me a room key and kept insisting that if I lost it it will be £50 for a replacement and that I should leave the key at the reception during my stay - this is beyond weird, not sure why he would kept suggesting that. When I went to the room there was already someone else staying in the room. This is highly unacceptable and unsafe on both ends. I was then given another room once I have informed the receptionist.Overall it was a decent stay for a night however I suggest that the management sort out a better system.

Walking distance to King's Cross St Pancras underground train station. Lots of 3 stars hotels nearby too. Rooms not big but comfortable. Easy to take the underground tube to places of interests in London.
