The hostel was generally fine, and the reception staff were kind. The rooms were spacious with a nice layout, though there are no closets, so keep that in mind. The view was pleasant, and the hostel’s location near Paddington Station was really convenient. There are also plenty of shops and amenities nearby, which was a plus. However, there’s no private bathroom in the rooms, so you have to share with everyone else. The utensils in the communal kitchen were often dirty, which wasn’t ideal. The biggest issue, though, was the hygiene—or lack of it. There were strangers’ pubic hairs everywhere: in the bathrooms, showers, on the table in the room, and even on the bedsheets. Every day, I’d find new hairs on my bed, which made sleeping there really uncomfortable and unpleasant. It was a strange experience that could have been vastly improved with better cleanliness standards.

I enjoyed living in this hostel. We had a separate family room and almost didn't feel that some areas were sharing. The room and other facilities were clean. We could use the kitchen when we needed. The breakfast costs 8 pounds and it's a very convenient price for the food and drinks. The Ladies on the hotel reception are super friendly and helpful.Yes - the location is also great! Few minutes walk to the Hyde park or transport station.

That hostel and the hotel were divine. I have stopped at both. IMPECCABLE, clean, divine people. Super collaborators. Thank you so much Caridad and Diana for everything!! And the other kids who speak English too, all very cool. The hotel is beautiful and the neighborhood is beautiful! Half a block from the Queen's Parks. I recommend my home in London, it is without a doubt the best price/quality option.

A very nice youth hostel. We were there as a school group. The managers were attentive and always eager to make our stay a pleasant and trouble-free one. The discussions preceding the stay were always quick and efficient. I recommend!

Stayed here twice for a couple of nights in 2023 when visiting London with a few of my friends. Definitely one of the most affordable options for college students. Bathrooms are shared but very clean. Rooms are very clean too. The complimentary breakfast is the highlight. Location is right in the heart of London too. I think they offer free cancellation up to 48 hours of your stay too.

If I come back to London, I would try another hostel/hostel before coming back here unfortunately. There’s no sound proofing between rooms. You can hear the upstairs, downstairs, and people next you walking and talking as if they were in the same room. For the cost, I’d rather pay another 5-10 pounds and stay at a budget hotel. It is a rebranded youth hostel. The rooms are fine, clean, bare minimum bed and sink with communal shower and restroom. They should add outlets in convenient places next to beds instead of corners of the roomThe staff are very nice and welcoming.

We have been there for 4 days with our 9 and 12 year old daughters and it has been incredible! It is very well located, clean, very comfortable rooms, great breakfast and super friendly employees! We will return for sure! Thanks for everythingTo improve the mattresses and the staircase door next to the room, which was used and banged during the night.... but we truly had a wonderful stay! Thank you
