Lie about the swimming pool which is 150 meters outside the hotel. Requires Whatsapp for communication but my number on the reservation site is not on Whatsapp (to avoid spam) so we did not receive their communication and we had to call them repeatedly.

We wished this to be better, but difficult when there is so much wear on our room.Location was Amazing. Washing machine was super convenient. Room size was great! Hotel-apartment facility felt very secure/safe.However……Mattress was horrible/partially collapsed.Broken handle on the shower control knob.Mildew on the shower glass.Toilet was loose on the wall/toilet seat was loose.Silverfish on the bathroom floor in the morning.Perhaps this place is near its 7 year renovation and has not completed our room?

As someone who regularly stays in London I try to stay at Master whenever available. The apartments are immaculate, very well located and help is always at hand quickly should you ever need it. I always recommend to my friends if coming to London and after multiple stays cannot fault them.

Fantastic stay at the Masters at St.Pauls , London. We stayed in a studio that has a window , could hear the wonderful chimes of St. Pauls. The kitchenette was perfect. Perfect location ..could walk all central london..Lots of restaurants around , safe and service was very good. Will definitely stay again next time.

We loved staying at Master St. Pauls. We usually stay at Marriott as Titanium level members, but this was close to my husband's office and the price was incredible for London. I was tagging along on the trip so having a kitchenette was ideal. Having never stayed at a serviced apartment before we did not know what to expect but decided to give it a try.We loved it and will only stay here now when in London.Check in is done via What's App. You are given a code to the building and a code to the room. Anytime we asked a question, someone responded within minutes and they were lovely. There is no front desk, so you have to be ok with that. We were fine with it and LOVED having a code to use for the building and room rather than a key card.We had a studio suite. Room was incredibly clean and nicely accommodated with a queen bed, refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, any and all pots, pans, glasses, dishes, cutlery, nespresso pods and machine, water kettle and tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil packets, toaster, cooktop, microwave, dish soap, sponge, dish towel, plenty of bathroom towels, bathrobes (2), slippers, table and chairs for two, tv, bath products, large closet, safe. There were complimentary bottles of water and biscuits on the table when we arrived.When staying here you have access to the spa at Leonardo Royal Hotel St Pauls for no charge which is literally a hop from this apartment. Pool, steam, sauna, showers, towels at Leonardo are all included at the spa. Simply give them your room number at Master. We were also able to leave our luggage at Leonardo when we arrived and before our suite was ready.Location is an adorable side street close to all tube lines with pubs just down the road.Give it a try, you will love it!

Brilliant stay. Only let down by lack of access to the Spa. Apparently you only have access until 11:00 on the day of check-out.Strange, as every other hotel I've ever stayed at allows you to still use the facilities after check out. Shame this isn't advertised, as we would have planned our stay differently.

Master St. Paul exceeded our expectations. It's centrally located, just less than a minute walk from St. Paul Cathedral and station. Close to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, markets, etc.... Staff are friendly, professional and quick to respond. Check-in was easy. Hotel is clean. If I return to London, I would definitely stay here again.
