I was dubious, I’ll be honest. But pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I was greeted by a friendly lad on reception who explained everything I needed to know. He said there’s always someone on the front desk which is nice to know. The room was on the top floor but accessible by a lift. The room was fine, it was a perfect place to sleep and wash whilst visiting London.I would seriously stay here again for the price I paid; we’ll worry it.

My teenaged kids and I stayed here a few months before COVID, and this hotel was their first experience of travelling overseas. It was nothing fancy, but the customer service was stellar and it was clean, well-priced and handy to everything. I felt like us and our belongings were safe, and we had privacy or could socialize in the breakfast room with other guests if we wished. The continental breakfast was plentiful, and the friendly staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we wanted. They even took this photo for us at the front door and let us store our luggage safely in a back room before/after check in/out time, since we'd come pretty much straight from the airport and were travelling via public transportation/on foot.My kids made me promise to post a review, because they'd really liked the staff and had so much fun during our stay - sorry it took me so many years to finally get around to it!

The location is very good, a 10-minute walk from the metro, next door you have a large supermarket, the staff is very friendly, the hotel looks clean and the rooms are great, the only thing that is not good are the pillows, I don't know if it happens in all of them. The rooms, but ours, were very small and very worn out, otherwise everything was great.

Nice little budget hotel.10 minutes walk from Earls Court.Close to food and drinks places.Booked a single room which was in the basement. Room size was OK.Bathroom was very spacious with good powerful shower.Bed was clean and comfy. Room was outdated but that is the same for most budget hotels in London.
