Extremely run-down, small rooms. No heating, no cleaning, no elevator. lt's basically a hostel with a good location...

The room for 3 people was tiny, although we already knew this when booking it. The bathroom was also very small, you couldn't practically change in it. Otherwise, the wifi was more or less good and the mattresses were not bad. The best thing, obviously, is the location. It is a couple of minutes from the subway, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and you can hear zero noise. The person who attended us was very nice.

Great location, shower heads are a bit annoying, but overall I was satisfied.Large Tesco about 3 minutes walk away, there are also a number of options for eating out in the form of restaurants.Sure, the rooms are a bit small, but perfectly adequate for sleeping.

The location was great.. But the bed was too soft already in the middle meaning that its already overused.. I had a terrible back pain because of that and had to find a position and corner in my bed so I could sleep.. i could also hear the entrance door opening and closing and it is waking me up in the middle of my sleep.. it was a terrible few days until i was able to adjust..

I couldn’t stay the night in the hotel sadly because I just felt so uncomfortable/unsafe. There is no real lock inside the rooms and mine appeared to be in great need of rejuvenating (see video). The room I was given was shabby, dimly lit and could do with a big dose of TLC. Nothing like the room I saw advertised on booking.com

I think except for its well connected location, I have nothing great to say about this hotel. Walking distance from Earl's Court Underground Station is very handy. There are restaurants and takeaways at walking distance as well. The room itself was small and tight. The washroom was even smaller with everything being squished together. There are no lifts in this property and the staircase to 3rd floor is very narrow and is a major trip hazard. For one night this hotel is alright but anything more than that my suggestion would be to look for an alternative.

After reading some bad reviews I was a bit worried at first. But for us this hotel was okay for one night. Could stay another. But maybe not the place if you like to stay many days. It's close to the subway, restaurants, and central.Everything worked, shower with soap, bath towel (separate for floor, hands and body). It was clean enough but not completely clean. Bedsheets were clean. For me the bed was comfortable enaugh. No bedbugs. Wifi worked. Also had one European style wall socket.

I will never, I repeat..., never return to this hotel.Very small triple room. Bathroom so small that you could barely get dressed inside, with poor lighting, shower screen rails in poor condition as well as the tank above the sink. Apply for torn toilet paper. Mattresses without covers, TV on the side wall of the beds, the peephole in the door was not there, that is, only the hole was there, a tiny closet, very shabby, without drawers, with the bar for the hangers broken as well as the door, which almost fell on us. We had a room on the second floor without an elevator and a very uncomfortable staircase. To put it mildly, we had a kettle and coffee or tea at our disposal, but we had nowhere to put the cup, in fact, we had to leave our cell phones on the floor when they were charging. The reception was only open from 2pm to 10pm. Anyway, I'm going to finish as I started, and no matter how cheap they give me......, I will never, I repeat..., I would never return to this """""HOTEL""""" .
