Recently held our second family reunion at this delightful location. The hosts, again, were extremely helpful and welcoming.The rooms are spotlessly clean and are all of a good size. The Cowshed is the perfect place / location for visiting all the local attractions and great to come back to at the end of a day's exploring ! Set in peaceful countryside ~ a very relaxing location.

It was very nice beautiful view but it was very hot in every room the lady who owns it was sooooo nice see let us see her pigs I would come here but bring a fan with you

We loved staying at the Cowshed with friends. Luxury throughout and super comfy beds. Beautiful rural setting and views of magical sunsets and frosty fields with an ancient church. Close to Folkestone, Hythe, plenty to do and see near by. Fantastic beaches for sea air. Highly recommended for a wonderful countryside stay within easy reach, at any time of year.

I stayed at The Cowshed recently with 7 fabulous friends. It was perfect for us all, warm and welcoming, and well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms are warm, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of parking available, and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Alice and Tony looked after us so well, and are as warm and inviting as the property. We will be back!

What a wonderful holiday cottage to spend a weekend away with girlfriends! The beds are comfortable with lovely linen and there’s fluffy white towels and powerful showers! The views are amazing and there are picturesque countryside walks all around, literally 5 minutes to see an amazing view of the Romney Marsh all the way to the sea! We ordered delicious curry takeaway and made yummy breakfast brunches - the kitchen is fully equipped and the living space is great for eating and chatting till late by the log burner. I can’t recommend the Cowshed highly enough!

Another fantastic stay at the Cowshed, this time with 5 girlfriends for a university reunion weekend. It was just perfect, with beautiful sunsets, great communal and private spaces, luxurious decor and kitchen, and plenty to do nearby.We had delicious meals at Rocksalt in Folkestone and the nearby 5 Bells pub, and lovely walks in local fields and along the canal.We planned to go to Dungeness one day but it was so relaxing hanging out we never made it that far! The outdoor table and views were a highlight.This time we found a mobile massage company who came to the cowshed and gave us a pamper party which was amazing too.

We had a lovely stay here, using the Cowshed as the base for our son's wedding nearby. It was perfect. Beautiful views for lovely pictures, and excellent accommodation for family members. Would recommend.
