Small restaurant/bar with night time entertainment, including tribute acts such as Elvis and Tina Turner. Food is very good. Only down side is room itself bar/entertainment is quite small so best to arrive early and secure a table

Booked for bottomless brunch. Paid £30 deposit. The place was closed, management not answering phone. Luckily someone waiting to check in who was able to get through. Woman came over eventually, advised her husband was meant to cancel them for whole summer as business is not good and no bookings. Promised money back, now ignoring all messages, no sign of getting money back. Do not book here.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!Myself & my friends were booked in for a bottomless brunch on Saturday however the bar wasn’t even open. We were told to arrive at 1pm for 50% off on drinks prior our bottomless brunch but Danny or his partner did not answer any of our calls. We met a couple outside who were due to check into a room and they were having the same issue. NO ANSWER.Luckily the partner arrived and gave us the ‘did Danny not call you? We aren’t doing bottomless brunch throughout summer as we are not getting the customers’ then continued to say the place was on the market if we wanted it.No customer service at all! We wasted our day hanging about for this place & we are now out of pocket £30 (deposit) which we were told would be refunded straight away. Has this been done? No.Complete SCAMMERS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Stayed in this accommodation overnight during bank holiday weekend and it was a huge and massive disaster!Saw strands of hair, blood stains on the bed linens, with a lot of creases (we booked 3 rooms, and 2 of those are dirty). Rooms are too dark as it was painted black with minimal lighting. Unsafe and hazardous hallway (equipments sitting on hallway, ladder resting on the side), difficult to lock and unlock doors, no wifi. Most of all, manager / owner was rude and wasn't even apologetic about these issues, rather insisted it were all cleaned by his staff and couldn't do any further beyond that.So please refrain from booking this accommodation (there wasn't any hotels available by that time we booked this.)

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Everything was awful from start to finish. We received no instructions for check-in/check-out, there was no toilet paper in 2/3 of the rooms we booked, no WiFi although they stated available everywhere, heating did not work, room sent to cigarette, apartment door was difficult to lock, ladder left resting against the wall causing safety hazard, bucket with diy equipment e.g saw blocking the fire exit. We found the beddings not changed, smelly and stained, with hairs underneath the duvet and worst of all - blood stains on the spare duvet!! We raised this concern to the owner who was rude and dismissive, stated the cleaner had been this morning and all beddings are clean. Asked how that was possible when there were blood stains on the duvet and he dismissed it, saying it was changed anyway!! He even said the hair is from the cleaner! Total disregard to his guests, didn’t care as long as he got the money. We would’ve left if it wasn’t for all the other hotels being fully booked due to Bank Holiday. This was the worst experience our family has had with accommodations.

We spent the weekend as this accommodation for my wedding anniversary & my 50th Birthday and the hosts were amazing, great atmosphere… The rooms were very clean & tidy… highly recommend if anyone is visiting Broadstairs

Please save yourselves and dont come here! The only nice thing about this place is the location. Other than that, it's horrible. My family and I are well traveled around the world and we've checked in in 2 star hotels, airbnbs, 3-4 star hotels and this is easily the WORST! Cleanliness, service, safety all ZERO. No one informed us that the place is unmanned til 12pm even just to leave our luggage before we check in at 3pm. The owner told us to come back at 12pm to leave our luggage. We did and no one was there. Luckily the cleaner passed by and let us in. We booked 3 rooms and they all had dirty, soiled linen, duvet covers. Hair strands, blood stains, old stained linen. Ladder left hanging around the premises. Wires everywhere causing trip and fire hazard. Mop and bucket near the entrance. And when we politely asked the owner if we could have new sheets, he said they were all clean, no one used the room the night before (I'm not surprised no one slept there!) And said we could leave if we dont like the rooms as he is not changing the linen and he was very rude and did not even apologise! We could've let it slide if he apologised. If it weren't a busy time (we came on a bank holiday weekend) we definitely would have left then and there.
