The hotel is in a convenient location with great access to town and motorway. The staff was very professional yet friendly and catered to all my requests. The room was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The mattress was extremely comfortable and I didn't want to leave the bed in the morning.

Stay at this Premier Inn regularly because it is conveniently located for work but will look elsewhere. Bathrooms are dated and often shabby, as are much of the rooms, and frustratingly the key card system doesn't work which means you invariably have to walk back to reception to get a new card issued. I'm generally averaging 3 cards before it works. It's just not the consistency you see in other Premier Inns.

Very good experience. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the Maidstone and Seven oaks area. The staff was polite and we've had everything we needed for a good stay. The room was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend, will definetly visit again.

Excellent service, excellent room, friendly staff. |The only disappointment was the regulation that if you check in before 15.00, you get charged £10. Very money grubbing and is, frankly, uncalled for. If the room is ready, it’s ready and Premier Inn is not inconvenienced by an arrival 20 minutes early: pure greed.

The welcome by the man at the desk was very underwhelming. We waited whilst he dealt with a customer politely asking for a clean towel and he did not say a word in response. There was no smile or welcome to ourselves. The room was clean and had everything we needed but the ceiling was badly stained and shower pressure poor. The water took a long time to drain away. Its not our first time of staying here and before the staff have been wonderful and friendly. Such a shame.

We recently stayed for three nights. Staff, and the adjacent restaurant's food and service, were both excellent (continental breakfast perhaps a little expensive), and our room was clean and fresh. This was our first experience of a Premier Inn, and we'll definitely be back!

Used this premier inn as a base when attending a wedding in the local area. We booked a double room for one night with breakfast several months beforehand, but were informed 2 weeks beforehand that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment so we couldn't have breakfast. Thankfully, we were able to seek another venue for this as a group. The room was small, but had the essentials we needed, except Aircon. A fan had been provided and was already switched on for our arrival; a nice touch as it was very warm. The receptionist, however, was very slow, and kept picking his nose whilst serving us which was not great. Also, the phone rang continuously whilst we were in reception and was very annoying. I kind of wish he'd actually answered it, or at least asked them to hold.
