Ok so anyone staying here needs to understand this hotel is looked after am extremely kind and hard working individual. Our host showed us nothing but kindness and help. We are cycling across most of the south coast of England. Just trying to find someone that can accommodate bikes is a real ask. He bought our bikes into his hotel to keep them safe and pointed us in the direction to get some decent food. We paid £76 for a twin room with breakfast, a hearty breakfast at that. Great location if you’re looking to ride along the south coast. Couldn’t have asked for more 👍🏼

I had my wedding here and I can honestly say that everyone and everything was amazing, they went above and beyond, the food was out of this world and catered for everyone's needs. Nothing was too much trouble. …

After reading the reviews this was a really disappointing experience. Our double room was small and cramped (comfortable bed though) - the en suite was laughable - a small shower cabin, small sink and toilet separated from the bed by a …

Nobody at reception to help you!! Takes ages to find anyone to actually help you as you have to go looking for them. The one night we decided to have dinner, there were 2 members of staff both very young and inexperienced had no clue what they were doing. There was no chef in, so the sous chef was in charge, and he didn't know how to make a cheese toastie!!!. Room was OK a little dusty but sheets were clean and bed was comfy. The location is brilliant.

We tried to check in at this hotel but after ringing the bell 4 times no one was around. It was by pure chance a member of staff appeared with a tray full of crockery. She was totally unaware that the bell had been rung at all. …

We stayed for 1 night before catching the Euro Tunnel, the room was large but we had to have an executive suite to allow our dog to stay, which cost us £150 for the night, which was a little expensive we thought for what we got, the exterior of the building needs some work, the window cills are rotten and generally the exterior needs a lick of paint and a clean. For the price I wouldn’t stay again but no real complaints with the service or the room
