The hotel very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The bed very comfortable, extra pillows for extra comfort of your own home. Quiet location, close to the beach we walked it only took 28 minutes. Will come here again with our children to share the experience.

We really enjoyed our trip to Herne Bay! This Premier Inn is a little tired but the staff make up for it. Breakfast as wonderful as always we didn’t use the restaurant for dinner. There is a Sainsbury’s less than five minutes from the hotel and a bus stop right outside.

Lovely clean hotel, super friendly staff. The breakfast was as good as always and still a bargain having unlimited for £10.99 with the 2 kids. Can’t fault this hotel. Hotel rooms slightly dated but clean none the less. Staff on hand 24/7 and hotels location is handy!

The bed at the Herne Bay Premier Inn was as comfortable as I've come to expect from this company - thank you! Although the room faced a main road, the double-glazing kept out the noise and did not disturb my sleep. Due to a sensitive back, I found the “tub chair” uncomfortable. The receptionist was sympathetic and helpful. She kindly brought me another upright chair (my wife was using the other one). The hotel is a short drive from the centre. A point to note: Premier Inn rooms don’t have a socket to charge an electric toothbrush / shaver.

The hotel was the usual good quality Premier Inn standard. However I was very disappointed to find that the on site pub / restaurant had very limited opening hours and no draught beer at all!  …

I had an amazing time, the service was great & the receptionist in particular was lovely. Halloween decorations were great! Pride flags were very decorative & the sweets in reception were a lovely personal touch. Thanks for another great Premier Inn stay!

Just OKPostcode for this hotel is some way from the entrance. Shouldn't be so!A bit of a mess on the way in with a big housing estate being built.Parking has plenty of spaces. A few near the hotel then lots a bit over in another section.Room ok. Ground floor and window locked shut 🪟 Hard to get the air con to cool the room. Reception team able to sort that remotely (we didn't know that could be done...)Restaurant on site is shocking in the evenings. The TableTable is closed so this is just an unbranded "Herne Bay". No draught beers available, and server did not seem to know what stock they had. Apparently better for breakfast, but avoid the restaurant in the evenings!
