So I booked last minute. And managed to get a room good price for location and time of year. But what really took me back was when I walk into reception, I said Hello and that I was staying for the night.. this women looked at me as if I was something out of space and said NAME!! Point blank rude. O and then said normally when people walk into a reception there staying so cocky.. Couldn’t believe how rude she was.. and then to top it off she said Iv given you a triple room please don’t use the single bed?! But if you didn’t have just a double room and you put me in that room that’s not on me.. all the other staff was so so lovely!! Food looked lush.. didn’t eat here though..

I came here with my partners family for some drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the drinks were lovely and cold with a great view (which was covered from the wind). …

Warm welcome from the staff. Yes a bit dated perhaps but I’d be surprised if you could find me a similar hotel anywhere in the country that would be much different. …

Thursday's is steak night , two rump steaks and a bottle of wine for a set price. All our food was of a very good standard , I can recommend the chicken with a Stilton sauce. On our visit there was live music . Location is overlooking the beach. If favourable weather there is outside seating.

All seemed fine until we turned the lamp off to go to sleep. The room stayed just as light as it was. Had I left the bathroom light on? No. ||||For some reason there is a window into the inner stairwell. …

Although we haven't stayed here the food is very nice. Plenty of choice on the menu and pretty reasonable priced. Great to sit outside when the weather's nice and have a few beers.
