We had such a fabulous stay at Hill House! We had the Summertime suite and it was the perfect set up for us with our little baby, we had all the space we needed. The attention to detail & little touches made such a difference, and Alex was really helpful in making the booking and offering a late check out. We will definitely be back!

Visiting for my Husbands birthday for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was so lovely, spacious, smelt gorgeous and over our expectations. The owner was so helpful who we met. We knew the breakfast wasn’t being served before we booked due to renovation, but they had left fruit, treats etc which I thought was lovely. The place is at the top of a huge hill, but we drove down into town and paid to park there. If you don’t mind doing this then it’s not a problem. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed for a couple nights at Hill House and absolutely loved our time here. The couple who run this place, Tina and Alex, are fantastic and have clearly put so much love and care into their B&B. The location is great, walkable to everything in Bath and situated on a hill where you have beautiful views. The rooms are a perfect mix of historic charm and modern touches. I especially loved the king bed. The breakfast is delicious too. I only wish I could've stayed longer!

What a wonderful place to stay for a weekend! Very kind hosts and very nice place. Note that it's a bit uphill if you have kids or elderly , but we were lucky to have sunny days and enjoyed the walks. Definitely would recommend a stay.

I had the entire place to myself but no access to the courtyard or dining area. 😕 because there were no staff in the building. But stunning and private. And walking distance to exquisite neighbourhood. Definitely would stay again when the breakfast is on.

We stayed overnight at found the hotel to be a great stay for a short city break. Our room was spotlessly clean and we can see that the owners have gone to great lengths to make their guests stay comfortable and we found our room to be very homely. The Coffee machine and capsules was a great plus and although we did not have breakfast we did see the other guests and the dining room and layout looks wonderful.

Thanks Tina and Alex for a lovely stay, the accommodation is beautifully decorated and the hospitality impeccable with a personal touch. Breakfast was exceptional and they catered wonderfully for our dietary needs (vegan). Hill house has recently reopened after a refurbishment and well worth a stay if you are visiting Bath. Parking nearby is permitted however if you are prepared to walk for 10 mins you can find free off street parking.
