The room was excellent. Comfy bed and well appointed. The bathroom was bright and clean. Lots of hot water and well stocked. Location was great, although a bit of a walk from the city center and the bus and train stations.

This place was booked on our behalf by Rabbie's Tours as part of one of their 2-day tours. We were very happy with their choice. The guest house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The breakfast did not disappoint those of us who enjoy a hearty breakfast. Highly recommend this place for anyone overnighting in Bath..

Recommended by Rick Steves travel guide, this place did not disappoint. It's in a fancy neighborhood, but a quick walk to the Roman baths, the walking tours, and other sights. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the hot water lasted the duration of my shower. Highly recommended.

The rooms are only 3 stars because they are dated. However impeccably clean the owner allowed me to drop my luggage off early and this was placed in my room before my arrival. The case was extremely heavy and up a large amount of stairs so I was very grateful.

I have read all the positive reviews of this property, especially before I booked; and frankly, I don’t understand them.|Our room was at the top of the house, a LONG climb, which I knew about. The room was quaint, but in dismal repair. …

Very nice place that was quite central and easy to get everywhere we needed in Bath. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The shower pressure was terrible and made it very hard to have a shower, which was the biggest downfall of the place. Everything else we loved, including the amazing service of the staff.

Great location for a visit to Bath, easy to get to the centre and a quiet area. Apartment in the basement is a really great space and has a nice little outdoor area at the front where you can sit out and enjoy a glass of wine and was a big plus point for us. You can hear every noise from above, the shower was not great and the decor is pretty dated but it was a good stay and for a fair price and I would stay again

Just enjoyed 2 nights in Room 3 at Brock's guest house and we loved it. It was clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable! There were tea and coffee facilities, iron/ironing board and hair dryer.  …
