A friend and I had a lovely restful and comfortable stay with Stephen this Summer Solstice. Really clean and beds comfy, super quite and the location couldn't be better for Arbor Low sacred site which has incredibly beautiful energies. Breakfast was wonderful too and we felt really welcome. This is a farm location with everything you need but don't expect boutique!

Stayed here for summer solstice and it was perfect! Comfy beds, clean and quiet rooms and amazing breakfasts! Hosts were very accommodating and made great suggestions on where to go for the evening meal.Location so close to the stone circle, a 5 minute walk. Just perfect!

I stayed one night here with my Mum and our horses and I wish it could have been longer! Kirsten looked after us so well, we had a scrumptious home cooked dinner, breakfast and a packed lunch provided for the next day. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable and a lovely paddock was provided for the horses. Nothing was too much trouble and Kirsten was very helpful in advising us on the best route to take the next day. I will definitely stay there again if I get the opportunity.

I also had the crazy lady screaming at me for a donation to walk on a public footpath to the stones? Always remembered that encounter and always book elsewhere when visiting the Peak District each year.

At the end of a long 20 mile day 4 weary travellers couldn't have asked for more!! Cozy, home from home accommodation with 2 downstairs room for our sole use with all tea and coffee facilities and log burner kicking out the well needed heat. Horses had a paddock with ample grass for food and rest during the night and we had lovely warm comfy beds. Host was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and we instantly decided we would be back with the horses for many more stop overs on route to and from our adventures! Highly recommend. Kat

Good B&B for anyone who is looking to go out and about using parsley hay. The host is really nice and has a great sense of humour. There is quite a bit of COVID based separation for guests with living spaces and there is a fire place in the living rooms. It’s quite and comfortable with little to no disturbance. The host is a great guide on trails and adventure activities.
