Great family friendly hotel with really lovely rooms, helpful staff & good facilities. The pub is great for food & drink and there is a play area outside for the kids with ample seating spaces also.

Better signage to reception for check in would be helpful, also karaoke was on and I could hardly hear what was being said to me during check in but staff were very helpful and it was lovely to see the pub lively and full. Apart from that the hotel was clean, spacious and had everything that was needed. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking.

The radiator in my room wasnt't working (the temperature knob wouldn't turn) I reported it to reception and a member of staff went to the room. She said she'd managed to turn it slightly but when I went back to the room the radiator was still completely cold. It wasn't possible to change rooms and there were no portable heaters so I was given an extra duvet but was still cold. The second night I asked again if anything could be done, the man I spoke to said to leave it with him but as far as I'm aware nobody went into the room and I spent a second cold night

It's the worst place ever. There is no way to check in late at night. I informed them in advance that I would arrive late during my booking, but there was no response. Trying to call them, no answer.

We were visiting family so we were just looking for somewhere to sleep overnight for a couple of days and maybe have breakfast. The property provided exactly what we required, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, good size room and bed which was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom - powerful shower with plenty of hot water Parking facilities nearby, even though located next to pub the accommodation was very quite. Even when a function was on it was not noise late at night.Breakfast had a good choice and a good price range as the other main menu’s although on this occasion we did not have food other than breakfast and unlike many other pub chains the cooked breakfast was done to order not buffet style food kept hot under heat .Staff very friendly and helpful.Very good value for money we will stay again..

I didn't get my 20% off of my evening meal for staying at the hotel. The hotel had a door banging downstairs as people on that floor appeared to have access to an outdoor space, not sure where the access to this apce was. This was happening for quite a lot of the evening which was very annoying. It doesn't help that there isn't a reception or security based in the block to ask the people to stop banging the door everytime they go in to this outdoor area.On the plus side the room was huge and the bed was massive and very comfy. Once the door had stopped banging it was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep.
