Really, a prison should be better located than that... in an alley that is a dirty pigsty. They make you deposit 100 pounds in case you destroy something... something? They still haven't refunded me, I complain and it doesn't appear...what's wrong BOOKINGGGG...the bathroom IS an old thing...the mattresses are soft as if 2 elephants had slept there for 10 years.Booking should select the services better... it is seen that Liverpool has no control in any aspect over this type of business... it has a sign that says anything but that it is rental. It must be a very old building that they divided and rented in very bad taste. I hope booking returns my deposit money. A shame. It is seen that in the first world what happens in the 3rd also happens.

The arrangement and security of this accommodation were very disappointing. It was terrible for them to give us a room which was still occupied. The photos below show the scene of the room when we were checking in with the given door code. The chaotic system of this provider posed a danger to us or the existing guest. Imagine you were living there but somebody broke into your room with the same code. We did not feel secure enough to stay there and hardly found another hotel in Liverpool last minute. Almost all the hotels were fully booked, and we have almost walked through every corner of Liverpool. At last we paid double or triple price for the stay and lost our mood for the trip. DO NOT STAY HERE if you don‘t want to have the same nightmare!!!

Location is good. Rooms are tiny but I understand. But the deposit is 100 pounds for a 30 pound room. And they don't return it for like a week. Well, a week up to now, idk how long I will end up waiting, or if I have to sue them or something.

On arrival, the exterior of the venue isn't exactly warm and inviting. The entry point is down an alleyway which is dirty and unclean. Once inside, the stairs and hallways are surprisingly nice, considering first impressions from outside. There's no lift available so there's stairs to climb, bit tricky if you have heavy luggage. The room itself (was clean) but absolutely tiny and cramped verging on claustrophobic. The bed for two is a large twin bed which takes up half of the room. There was barely space to leave our two suitcases and stand up. This would have been a suitable room for one person, not two tall people with large luggage. There's a kitchen/ lounge on each floor, complete with oven, microwave, fridge dishwasher and washing machines. There's a dryer room on the ground floor near the front door, which has a dryer but it costs a small fee.The few times we dealt with staff, they were helpful.Pay attention to the information sent to you pre arrival as it can be tricky to use the electronic pads.

Great place to stay! Make sure you watch the videos on how to get in as it can be a little tricky. The tap in bathroom was a little loose, so may want to check that out before it becomes a water leak, but overall a great place to stay for the weekend. Clean and tidy, and very comfy bed.
