The spacious and well-equipped town house; The process to pick up the key is very complicated since they don't tell you where to pick up the key until you enter your credit card information for a deposit. I was left without heating and hot water the last night and no one solved it until we left.

We rented two apartments for 6 in each for a 40th birthday. Both were clean, warm and quiet with the windows closed. Right next to Cains Brewery which is several bars, attractions, restaurants, food halls together. Great place for a party/night out. Docks and city centre are all in reasonable walking distance. Even the local police checked on us as the alarm lights were flashing (just a glitch) and they were great

You get what you pay for I suppose. Cheap accommodation for what is a full house 2 up 2 down type house.Very dated house.Very limited on road parking you will have to use car park which is £10 for 24 hours.Lots of noise coming from front door and through the windows due to location which is literally next to many pubs and bars resulting in a lot of footfall of drunken and noisy people.I wouldn't recommend here due to location and noise.

Stayed at number 45 for two nights with two young children. We've found before that it can be hard finding something with 2 bedrooms that's in a convenient location for sightseeing in most places we've been, so were pleased to find this, …

I was there with my family in August this year. It is run down and absolutely not recommended. The back yard, where the table could be used for eating, was dirty and cigarette butts were lying around.Inside the apartment there was a camping table and chairs pushed under the stairs that should have been used inside. There was hardly any space for it, so you had to clear out the 'living room', which is a small room right behind the front door. The stair railing was missing struts, the walls were old and worn, and a closet was old and dirty. When we showered, the water ran out from under the partition and we had to wipe it up with towels, which were then no longer usable. We then left immediately after looking for other accommodation (cheaper and better). When I contacted me, no one felt it necessary to respond. It was already paid for. Overall, a big nuisance. Don't book! There is only one star because no rating is possible without stars.

Turned up and the property was very poorly maintained. Strong smell of damp throughout. Dirty bath mats and stains on all the furniture. Front door had to be slammed to be closed. Property owner was very understanding and agreed to a straight refund. The property needs a good clean and some paint.

Good WiFi.Location good with on street parking, 15 minute walk to Albert Dock and plenty of bars/restaurants on the doorstep. Therefore a little noisy at closing time-1am ish.I’m afraid the negatives outweigh the positives by far.The photos on tripadvisor and booking.com show one of two properties. If you end up in the other one, prepare yourself for a tired, grubby property. Smelly carpet upstairs. Creaky beds which feel like they could collapse at any moment.Extremely disappointing. Could be so much better if the owner gave them a deep clean & repaired doors that don’t close, weeded the courtyard…etc etc.
