Fantastic location for the pubs, bars, food and shopping. Very noisy at night time as its opposite two nightclubs but this was not a problem for us.

Brilliant apartment but with the night clubs over the road its very loud then the road sweepers and bin men empting the bottle bins dont expect much sleep

Paid 572 for an apartment for one night expected it to be exceptional for that price however once past the lovely hallway it was not as pictured online it was unclean and shabby there were bugs in the kitchen and mould in the freezer ,the terrace advertised is actually a cemented yard used as a dumping ground full of broken bottles, weeds, fag ends and empty drug canisters! The lady from reception said she would come to sort it but instead sent a maintenance man with his small child who said there wasn't much he could do except sweep it into a corner,so he did and left after 10 minutes . Within an hour the toilet in the main bathroom broke overflowed and flooded the floor so again we rang and maintenance was sent .The same man turned up said there was nothing he could do about it and sealed the main bathroom off so we had an ensuite between 7 of us ! After a few of the ladies persistently asking if we could be moved he reluctantly left a key to a smaller apartment upstairs which hadn't been cleaned so we could use that bathroom. All in all not what I'd anticipated walls had chipped paint, bits falling off in the en suite just very tired and no care taken wouldn't recommend the basement apartment on this basis but would go back to Liverpool and stay somewhere else as we loved the bars and people we met whilst out . The windows are also very thin not glazed so you can hear everything from the street.

Please please please do not book these apartments. Not that we even got there. We booked well in advance 6 months in fact only to be told 9 days before we were due to arrive they could no longer honour our booking. "Due to change of management" they offered us alternative apartment but when we looked it had poor reviews and was not of the same quality. By the way no discount was offered. We declined and said we wanted to cancel and to refund the money asap due to us having to book another apartment. 5 days later and still no refund. Only to be told they have had a miracle cancellation so could accommodate us now!! We decided and again asked for a full refund that day. Still no correspondence back off ware. Kept checking credit card but no refund. Tired a day later to just get to an answer machine asked for someone to call me back. Nothing again. Next day rang again. Finally got through to a receptionists who had no idea about our booking and said she would send an email to her manager who would get back to me!!! Surprise surprise.....nothing. We are now having to go through the credit card company to get our money back and have now had to pay double for our trip. Awful service. Can't comment on apartment as never got to see one but if there as bad as the service god help anyone else who has booked. If I could delete that one star I would.

Awful. We supplied telecom services to this company. They just refused to pay over £800. When we asked for it, the owner, Rob Ware threatened me with violence. I took the complaint to court and won. I still had to get a high court writ to get them money. Never deal with them they are a disgrace.
