Initial thoughts to this house boat on arrival were good, however, that's as good as it got.||The kitchen was functional and clean and included a washing machine and microwave, the living room is really large and again, nice and clean. …

We have just stayed as a family trip for my mum’s 70th birthday. She absolutely loved it, it was great to have such a unique experience. There were 7 of us and it was a perfect size for our group - very spacious communal area which was great for eating and hanging out. It was all clean and nice enough - it’s a well kitted out large boat, great for a fun time. Anyone complaining expecting a 5* hotel finish is silly, because that’s not why you book a boat. We had a really fun, comfy stay and everything worked great 😊

My Wife booked the joker boat for my birthday… just before we arrived they said the boat wasn’t ready and moved us to the titanic boat. Asked us to pay a deposit in advance (over £100) in case of accidental damage which was no problem. However, more than a month later it still hasn’t been returned and they won’t respond to messages or calls. The boat was good, but they have essentially stolen the deposit money, which has ruined what was a an enjoyable evening in Liverpool.
