Epic Apartments ReviewI recently stayed at Epic Apartments for one night as a stopover before heading to London, and I was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was exceptionally clean, with a sleek, modern design that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night’s rest after a long day of travel. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated and easy to get around. For the price, the value was excellent. I’d highly recommend Epic Apartments to anyone looking for a short stay or even a longer one. Would definitely stay again!

DO NOT BOOK!! Turned up here after booking an apartment. It was a hotel room. Was supposed to have kitchen area and lounge with settee! No kitchen, no lounge, no settee, just a small chair in the corner.  …

Great location.. Shame I didn’t receive any details prior to checking in so had to sheepishly enter a closed office on arrival as you need a code to enter the building itself. I wasn’t aware there was a £50 deposit to pay until this point either. We had a Lux king room, the room itself was ok but there was 2 holes in a wall, the windows didn’t want to stay open, the lighting was poor & there was a horrible musky smell which we believe was coming from the curtains 🤷🏻‍♂️ Pics make it look nicer than it is which I guess is typical.

Good location and friendly staff in person. Prior to checkin, the process seems quite proactive and they are quick to take your deposit. However, the upkeep of the room is awful. Lockbox difficult to open, dirty sheets, cushion and toilet... dim lighting and two holes in the wall. It has been over 24 hours since checking out and no sign or communication about a deposit. I try to call, whatsapp and cannot get through. To that end, I would say the price and pictures advertised are misleading and I want an update on the status of my deposit ASAP.

The rooms were very musty and poorly cleaned. (For example, there were leftover food under the sofa bed, a used bar of hotel soap had not been put away in the bathroom. There were currently dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards. The refrigerator was broken).

Stayed here with 3 other friends for the eras tour Friday night! The apartment itself was clean, spacious, perfect for a group! Only gripe would be there are 2 huge skylights with no curtains/blinds? …

If you are booking one of the apartments on 3 fenwick street, there are two rows of apartments and you do NOT want to be on the side apartment 9 is on - we had NO sleep for two nights! We were convinced that we were facing a recycling facility because from 2 - 6 am the noise of bottles and smashing was so loud and relentless. The apartment itself was lovely but I really wouldn’t recommend it because of this!
