The apartment we got in the roof is nice, but it is hard to get to, especially when you have your luggages which made it very difficult to walk up the stairs as it is very narrow. Didn't know who would design such stairs.

I stayed there for approximately 2 months. I will give all the goods and bads so you can evaluate the the place yourself.- The GOODs:1. Weekly cleaning service. The ladies who came to clean up the house did their job very sufficiently.2. When we checked in, the kettle, clothe hangers, bulbs, rubbish bin in the flat were broken. (Quite a few things, if you ask me.) Hence, we contacted them and those got replaced/fixed quickly. I appreciate that.- The BADs:1. The kitchen extractor never worked. They sent people in to fix it twice, but failed and never come back. I never heard back from them regarding the extractor again.2. Insufficient amount of detergent and bathroom toiletries (shampoo, soap). - I didn't understand this point from other reviews until I really stay there. Though this is minor, still considering the price we paid, that's a disappointment.3. Wifi. The complementary wifi is somewhere around 10Mbps. In Earth language, that means 2 devices cannot browse Facebook at the same time. (This then got updated after some serious complaints.)4. Electric appliances get a few electric errors right after electricity checkup. (Sigh..., I don't know, maybe it's just a coincidence. Thank God my husband was an engineer.)5. The dishwasher had error from the very beginning. I just didn't realize it at first. It had an error (e15 for Siemens). I reported this, and said they didn't need to rush in, anytime would be fine. But it was never checked out. And eventually, 2-3 weeks before my stay, the dishwasher had error #9 and unusable at all. - This means, I had to hand-washed the dishes about 60% of time. Again, considering the price of this serviced apartment.I wish you got enough information to make your decision. Cheers.

In the middle of London. Only a 10-minute walk to the Thames, the apartment house with its eight apartments is perfectly located in the center of all tourist highlights.Particularly recommended: the 5th floor. In a sense, the penthouse at the top with a fantastic view of the surrounding skyline. The modern furnishings with good amenities and especially the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of a few beautiful days. Everything you need for life and living is there. If you want to cook yourself, you can do so with good Siemens appliances. The roof terrace is part of the approximately 60 square meter apartment. Perfect for families. The price is typical for London. With luck you can also find discount offers for accommodation. Depends on the season. Conclusion: Gladly again.
