We had a great stay at a house with Flatzy. Instructions to get in clear and simple. House was clean, well laid out and pool table an added bonus. Parking was no issue as the street is very quiet, lark lane within walking distance and city centre was around £10 using Uber. Would stay again,

Clean and bright little place. Well situated in a nice and calm area. We had lots of fun. There were lots of games: ping pong 🏓 pool 🎱
And dominos. Review carpet on the stairs. Nice host. Highly recommend.

Terrific self contained unit that had everything you need. Very quiet area that was 5 minutes from my daughter’s house so was perfect location for us. Definitely will stay again. Very comfortable and the owners added nice touches like coffee and tea and light snacks. Great place to stay.

We stayed in a garden room in Aigburth, Liverpool. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful and also close to the main road, perfect. The host service was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Stayed at this place for two nights while attending an event in Liverpool arena. It’s down a quiet back street with plenty of amenities nearby, McDonald’s, Lidl, Tesco etc. The rooms are comfortable and we slept well. The place is equipped for cooking and has nice big tv in sitting room. Gaining access is simple and good comms from hosts.

The flat has got everything you need and you can go to the centre by bus; or just walk to Sefton Park and enjoy the weather strolling and having a cup in one of the coffee shops around there.

A lovely place - perfect for a short stay for two people. Very conveniently located and has everything needed. Clean. Comfortable bed. The hosts were super fast in responding when contacted them for help during our stay. Overall, very happy with the experience.

The lights were on when we arrived which was nice, but the house was boiling hot. The thermostatic radiator valve in the living room was broken in the full on position and could not be turned down. The central heating system does not have a separate room thermostat and Joy the co-host suggested turning the boiler off, but that would have left us without hot water. As a retired gas engineer, I was able to reduce the boiler outlet temperature to the radiators to cool the house down. The house was well presented and modernised to a good standard but needs a room stat and a new TRV. Other minor issues were quickly resolved by phone calls. I would recommend the property when the heating is modified.

If you want the real local Liverpool experience with an English garden book here. We enjoyed staying outside the city to come home to peace and quiet and a great nights sleep. We enjoyed coffee every morning in the private gardens to plan our next big adventure of the day. We are from Atlanta, Georgia and we drive everywhere but we had decided to try all city transportation and live like locals. The bus stops going east and west are on the main road and the train is a few easy blocks away and can take you everywhere. We used public transportation everyday and met the most friendly “Scousers” or “Liverpudlians“ and got great tips on where to eat and areas to visit. Your hosts will be attentive for all your needs and easy to access the location. We visited the local mini grocery and the two local restaurants that were very yummy on the main road. We also had food delivered one night with no problems. We are so glad we chose this location for our Liverpool adventure.

Found this gem of a place to stay for a couple of nights while visiting Liverpool for a funeral. It was in a lovely quiet location with bus and train to the city very close by, The apartment is compact and probably best for one than two people but everything is provided. There was a slight glitch with the heating but the owner was happy to sort this out for me. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror in the main room to help with hair drying and checking an outfit before going out! Would recommend for short stays and will probably return.

I had a 3 day / 2 night stay in Liverpool, travelling from Sheffield.The location was easy to find....exactly where the satnav said. I arrived just as the cleaners were finishing (they were lovely). I met my host Nikhil shortly after and had a quick chat - he was great....knowing he was there but not always checking up was brilliant.Something very important to me was parking and security. Plenty of parking on the street and the big metal gates (locked....remember to lock them!) were absolutely brilliant. So I was well happy even before I'd got inside.The accommodation was compact but that is exactly what I wanted - ideal for either one or two people. Thr double doors to the accommodation opened up to a back garden and patio which would be lovely to sit outside in the summer but for early spring it would be a bit nippy!Inside you've got a very soft and comfortable double bed, two bedside cabinets, an area to hang any clothes and space under the bed for stashing bags etc. A nice little kitchen area with everything you could want. The croissants, Chocs, breakfast bars and orange juice were a lovely touch. Than you😁The bathroom was perfect, a shower that got nice and warm and towels were provided. Shampoo and body wash also included in the shower...another nice touch.There's a pull down table to either eat on or work on (I did both!) Two plates, cups and two of everything you'd need. Two stools too.I slept incredibly well knowing I was nice and secure and woke ready for a wonderful walk into Liverpool along the promenade which is a very short walk away (ask Nikhil for directions if you don't know where it is).I was sad to leave and will be staying here again for longer next time. Nikhil and I said our goodbyes and I headed off home a very happy traveller.Good communication with Billy at Flatzy too - very professional and friendly.Highly recommended, 5 stats seems a little mean!
