Stayed here for a night and the room was clean enough but their was a blocked sink in the toilet. No tea or coffee and only one cup. Noone physically available at the front desk to speak to only through a group chat in an app. As we were only there for the night it wasn't a big deal but someone needS to be on the premises to deal with guests.

Booked through booking to join other family members for a gathering. Had no contact whatsoever and was told by family that they had their room cancelled. I messaged via booking and was told it cancelled due to storm damage. I was told to cancel the booking and the fee would be waived as the cancellation was on their part. Cancelled as advised and the payment still came out. Messaged again via booking and was told I would receive a refund. This is still yet to happen and I have to go through booking to get the refund through them. No contact from the hotel to apologise and no refund. Awful service. I can’t comment on the hotel itself as I did not stay there.
