No staff, loud banging doors, paper thin walls. Iron and board not allowed into the room, u have to take your clothes down. Shower tray didn't empty quick enough. Towels the size of flannels and no1 around to ask for fresh ones . Dirty cups and kettle. Bed Base not a proper base, just something made from wood knocked together. Dirty windows.

10 mins before I arrived (after a 4 hours journey on a Friday afternoon) I was told my room was double-booked. My booking had been made 8 months ago, but they were happy to let the newer booking take my room. I was left to find an alternative room myself. Not impressed.

Great guesthouse for a couple of nights stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the ensuite room had everything I needed. Nice and quiet even though only a few minutes walk from everything.
