The check-in was quick and hotel information given. We had a good service overall and thank you to everyone for the great hospitality. I recommend this hotel. We wanted to book last minute and they help us without any stress. We thank you for making our stay memorable.

I was staying here for one night on a business trip but i did not sleep very well at all. there were people slamming doors and running around into the early hours of the morning. on top of this it was far too hot as well and the air con wasn't very good. |Staff were friendly though on check in and check out.

I really enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn New gas street. The staff were very friendly an polite, the receptionist named Von was extremely helpful when I arrived. As someone who is new to the area she advised me on places for food. The room itself was clean and tidy and would definitely return.

I think the hotel is being used for 'immigration' purposes. Heavy security presence at the entrance. ||||I only wanted the toilet and was abruptly told 'you can't come in here' ||||There is no availability to book but the hotel is definitely open.

Similar to the other reviewer, I too was scheduled to stay here for the great north run 2020. Was allowed to move the booking to 2021 (For a £43 additional fee) as a 'good will gesture'. …

My booking in August was cancelled by hotel. Saying they can not open till 19th of August for unclear reasons as restrictions been lifted in July.

Nice little place. Stayed here for the night after a night out, perfect location right next to the city centre and near small car park which is free until 8am. Room was decent, good size and clean with a very large, comfy bed. Friendly receptionist and you weren’t rushed to check out in the morning which is always good (check out time was 11, didn’t leave until around 11.40). Well worth the money for the night, can’t complain👍🏽.
