Awful sleep. Didn’t like the bedding and pillows. Low thread count. Poor facilities. Dated decor. Fussy and moany hosts old fashioned. Room not cleaned well. Can get better 5 star stay for less in a boutique hotel. Only went here to see if it was worth the win. Definitely not!!

Easiest 5 stars I've ever given, great communication by text before arrival, room quality is excellent, all the usual stuff and extras stored in a quality caravan shed outside., if you need like microwave, plenty parking outside and if you're staying book in at the ravensworth arms for dinner, very nice. Also the room was very affordable for the quality and so have zero hesitation in recommending to friends and family to stay when over. Thank you for everything and keep everything the same it's great. 👍😊

We stayed here in 2017 and were looking forward to the stay this time, however although the rooms were still well kept you no longer go to the house for breakfast it is a do it yourself from a trailer. Fine for nice weather to sit outside to eat breakfast, but no where in your room to sit and eat, and obviously only continental. Such a shame as the breakfasts we enjoyed in 2017 were amazing, but no more. The fridge in the room was noisy, and kept us awake as it was permenantly on and lit up.But the place is convenient to the family we are visiting and peaceful, beautifully clean.

What a hidden gem! Lovely rooms, peaceful location and clearly a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure everything must worked, perfectly. Love the breakfast set up too.Cannot recommend enough and will definitely use again and again.

2 night stay. Excellent accommodation, nice room, split mezzanine level, facilities great, lovely peaceful location, friendly owners. Would highly recommend a stay at Park Farm Hotel. Although not traditional breakfast, goodie bags with good choice for that continental feel.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. The accommodation is delightful, clean and comfortable.||This is a very quiet and peaceful place which is not too far from the city center o Newcastle, a relatively short taxi ride and you are there.||Definitely a place where we will return and we highly recommend Park Farm.

Second visit within a few months.||Lovely, beautiful location and very quiet.||Stayed in a room and a mezzanine on different visits, they are both spacious, clean, cosy, and comfortable. …

Excellent place to stay, lovely rooms, very quiet location, but accessible by car to visit local areas. We had a lovely surprise as it was Easter we were left some chocolates. We are definitely going to stay again at some point.
