Fantastic guest house right in the heart of Hunstanton. Beautiful Victorian house with 7 rooms over 3 floors. Room 5 is a luxury room with a King size bed, sofa, wardrobe with coat hangers, dressing table, wall mounted TV, mini bar and a large bathroom with both shower and bath. Very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and Steve was the most attentive host ever! Its like he could read my mind when I needed a coffee refill 😄 The whole place is spotless and smelt amazing. Great place to stay and will definitely stay again next time we visit Hunstanton.

4 nights b and b. Large comfortable bedroom, big bathroom with bath/shower. Good wide choice for breakfast. Mini bar in room in silent fridge so fresh milk for pre breakfast cuppa. Excellent hosts. Handy for town centre and beach.

Great place to stay, location if perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Archie and Stephen made us very welcome. Rooms are immaculate and very well maintained. The breakfast was really nice too, amazing service. Highly recommended!

100% recommend. Smack in the middle of Hunstanton, and right by the sea. Everything was a 2 minute walk away (restaurants, bars, arcades etc) and there's a big Tesco round the corner.The place itself was gorgeous. The owners were very welcoming and they added lots of extra touches to the place and the rooms (for example: an honesty bar downstairs, lots of extra bits and bobs in the room that you might need, and they put an extra fan in our room before we arrived as they saw it was going to be a hot couple of days)The breakfasts were brilliant, and the portion sizes were huge. (Definitely sets you up for a day of walking) x
