Fantastic food, wine and service. A great addition to Weybourne and the North Norfolk coast. Make sure to try the Californian Pinot Noir when you visit! We also loved the games room.

Been looking forward to visiting The Maltings as we've watched the renovations with interest so we booked Sunday lunch to try it out.Firstly the car park was full and tight to get a car in to a space. We were seated the the Grain Store which has been beautifully renovated and very open and airy. Our drinks came relatively quickly but the food service was shocking. We waited just over an hour for our starters and then another half an hour for our mains. My son's mussels were cold so I sent them back and gave him my roast dinner which he said was cold as well. I ordered another roast beef which the meat was well and truly overcooked and also cold.We didn't stay for dessert as we just wanted to leave. The waitress didn't charge us for the mussels and one roast dinner which is fine.We won't be going back....£180 for 4 people is quite frankly expensive when the food wasn't good at all.

I can't rate the Maltings highly enough. The place itself has been beautifully renovated, and our room was extremely cosy and comfortable. The food is superb and all the staff are friendly and professional. An after dinner drink in the wonderful library with the wood burner lit and jazz playing on the old record player just made the whole thing magical.
