Do NOT stay there! Place is filthy! One cleaning person for the entire house. About 8 of us ended up with Covid from staying there! The house needs to be scrubbed from top to bottom inside and out. …

I landed in Suvarnabhumi at 10am, secured a rental car, arrived after 12pm, and was able to check in immediately. There is quite a large parking space underground. My room was upgraded even though it was the end of the year. It's more than enough space, and the room is clean and there are no problems. Cost performance is high as long as you don't make a mistake when booking. The location is not bad either. I think this is a good choice for Pattaya repeat customers who visit by rental car.

The hotel is not bad, but there are a few BUTs! First, the pool was not working because it was under reconstruction, but I hope this will be fixed. Breakfast is modest, the same thing every day, the choice is as small as possible. The rooms are old, the plumbing is in terrible condition. Wifi does not work in the room. The walk to the sea is not ten minutes, but only 25-30. Our opinion: if possible, it is better to choose another hotel, there is nothing SUCH for which one could say “the hotel is super, go there”!

This is not the first time I have been to this Hotel! Unfortunately, I was disappointed in all the details of my stay there this year!Literally everything is very old and falling apart before our eyes!1) Furniture (not enough!)2) Plumbing (faucets leak!)3) The air conditioning is not adjustable (this is the case in Thailand!)4) Burnt out light bulbs in lighting5) Swimming pool (tiles fall off and split - dangerous! Hurt my hand!)6) The sun loungers are old.7) The gym is generally in poor condition. All the machines are old and the free weights, dumbbell row, and cardio equipment generally require a complete renovation!8) In past years, active sports people lived here! Now it has turned into an overnight stay for passing Chinese (absolutely not sporty, they make noise, smoke, drink alcohol!)tourists!The hotel has lost its status as a MUAY-THAI center, I would like the owners to restore its sporting authority!

Great location - next to the Terminal 21 Shopping Center, where you can go eat :))Great big room!!The room is quiet! Outside the window, squirrels are running through the trees! :)Great place to relax in Pattaya! :)(15 minutes walk to the beach)Tuk-tuk and Bike.Taxi stop nearby :)

The hotel is closed to pattaya beach, some staff are good but not enough to feel like home. I approached at the concierge desk to ask but he was really busy playing game . Even talking with me game was first priority for him. I was alone and requested king size bed but they don't care my request at all.
