Very bad. There is an auntie who doesn't understand Agoda's reservation system.Extremely conservative, still going to kick me out of the room. then forced to pay cash Even though I already reserved from Agoda. Plus the room doesn't have 1 light on out of 4 stars. Recommend not to stay.

Unfortunately, cant say nothing 😢 I booked with Agoda, but upon arrival the landlord informed me he doesn't have any contract with Agoda, so I just moved to another hotel instead. Agoda refund this hotel fee, that's it

Even though I had a confirmed and paid booking through Agoda, they didn't want to accept it. After complaining about Agoda and going back and forth for a long time, instead of staying twice for five days, I only stayed one night as a makeshift, which I was supposed to pay in cash. The slightly older owner was very helpful and friendly, but he couldn't speak English well nor did he want to accept the documents presented. One night was okay. The room was simple and pretty shabby, as was the entire accommodation. The entrance area is also overloaded.The bathroom was simple and plain. The furniture and the space are quite small. On top of that, there was no elevator for luggage. The fact that there was no charging option on the bed, as another review says, was uncomfortable. That would have been useful. The location was otherwise good, set back from Beach Road. So we were provided with everything we needed.However, for around €15 I have been able to book better accommodation, far away from the circumstances described.By the way, after paying in cash one night, the owner was extremely friendly and offered me coffee or some of his food to try. The (?) daughter also tried to lighten the mood with small talk. They had already noticed that I was through.Ultimately, the previously secured price was obviously not enough. The behavior is unbelievable and in no way acceptable when the booking is confirmed and paid for. Even if the owner tried hard, that doesn't allow for a better rating than one star.If you experience something like that after a strenuous journey, the whole thing is a no go.Ultimately, the owner kept one night instead of the total of 10 days booked.Overall not a good experience and therefore not a recommendation.

There are a lot of mosquitoes, the TV is broken, the internet is slow, the room is not clean, the air conditioner is very loud, the mattress is collapsed, very old, drinking water, tissue paper must be bought by yourself, the hotel does not provide service, the room is not cleaned.

It feels like an old Thai hotel. It felt quite old, but the facilities such as hot showers and air conditioners worked well, and it was that cheap. It's comfortable because it's well cleaned. I stayed in a private room on the 5th floor and could see the beach. The location is convenient not only to the beach but also to many convenience stores and restaurants. Wi-Fi can also be used normally. Recommended if price is an issue.

Warm host made me have a great time Besides the beach There is also a restaurant. Several breakfast shops, a gym and supermarkets are within walking distance. Rooms are clean, with air conditioning and a refrigerator. Unfortunately there is no plug next to the bed. The wonderful hosts deserve a special mention.

At the equivalent of €15, it was one of the cheapest single rooms I could find on Jomtien Beach. Compared to other places in Thailand it is quite expensive, but unfortunately it was hard to find anything cheaper. The hotel is getting old, the safe in the room and a closet door were broken, the mattress was sagging, but overall the stay was good. Because both the great location and, above all, the warm hosts made me have a good time. In addition to the beach, there are numerous restaurants, breakfast shops, gyms and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The room was clean, there was air conditioning and a fridge, but unfortunately there was no socket by the bed. Worth mentioning are the great hosts, who even invited me to delicious homemade baozi / banh bao and were always friendly and helpful. Overall, a simple but quite good accommodation.

The counter is open 24 hours a day. I was very satisfied with the clean interior and friendliness of the staff. The beach road and the sea are only 1 minute away.
