It is a very nice hotel. Peaceful and private. I really like the stone decorations inside the hotel and the rooms. Makes the room feel cool. The bathroom is very large, comfortable to use, and I especially like the inulin shampoo. The room and swimming pool inside the room are very clean.

Fantastic stay - we booked the villa for the night with a private swimming pool. Decent size, romantic ambient. All the staff members we came across are tremendously friendly and helpful. Peipei, Assistant Front Office Manager, is particularly friendly, adding to the pleasantness of the stay. 10/10 would recommend

I was very happy because the staff were so kind from the start.It was really better than the accommodations in Spain we stayed in during our honeymoon last year!!While I was being guided, I accidentally tripped on the threshold and my toe bled a lot. Everyone was very surprised and treated me.It made me feel good that every time I passed by the reception, they asked me if I was okay ^^ They disinfected the room and provided me with a waterproof band.The swimming pool in the room was so nice that I think I swam a lot.Overall, very good room condition and various services.It was the first time that I thought it would be fun to just spend a week at the resort.Usually, I get sick of the resort after only 2 days.Mason was a very satisfying resort^^Thank you KATY for your continued attention, especially at the reception ^^ (You are so kind!!)I couldn't answer well because my ears were clogged with water from the pool... but the other people always smiled and said hello.I think it will be very memorableI think I would like to visit again!!

I stayed for 2 nights with a friend, and I was really satisfied in every way!Above all, all the staff were friendly and I felt like I had a really comfortable stay!I was very impressed with the way he showed us around the facilities when we first went, when we had breakfast, and when we arrived at the hotel by taxi in the evening, when he checked on our behalf to make sure we didn't leave anything behind in the car. Thanks to your continued care, I felt very comfortable and safe!I read somewhere that the facility itself was built by a famous architect, so maybe that's why the buildings are all big and nice, and the way the outside light comes into the bathroom was especially impressive and pretty! The card keys are made of wood and are really pretty, and the designs of other items (cups and various dispensers) are also very pretty and luxurious!The indoor area and swimming pool were really clean and comfortable, and it was great to relax without being disturbed!There were many other things available for free, but I was disappointed that I didn't have enough time to do anything but eat ice cream.You can reserve a shuttle bus (? taxi?) here, and it was really convenient to take a shuttle bus to the city after checking out!It's really unfortunate that I only stayed for 2 nights, but it was so good that I want to come back here the next time I come to Thailand.

I called 3 days in advance to reserve an outdoor sea view table at the hotel. I came to Pattaya from Bangkok and then took a car from the city. When I arrived, I was told that there was an event today and the restaurants were closed. I was really speechless. When I asked the front desk, I said I didn’t know who it was. The call I answered was extremely irresponsible! !

Great experience in Pattaya, Mr Nammon and his colleagues demonstrated world-class service, he took care everything we need while we are staying, it is surprised that the hotel provided a birthday cake and gift to us.Btw, the hotel facilities are great, it suits those who doesnt have a plan in Pattaya, they provide ocean activities and tutorial classes for handmade-candle or you can rent a bicycle to enjoy ride nearby if you are already tired for sun and beach.Many thanks to all staff in Mason, look forward to visit you again!
