Great value hotel with great locationIt's right in front of Seong Tae-woo bound for Walking Street.If you walk about 100 meters, you will reach Soi Hok.LK Metro Treetown is right in front.It's an old hotel that seems to have been built more than 40 years ago, but the swimming pool is clean and the accommodations are suitable for just sleeping.

I had previously stayed at Stuccote 3 and found it quiet and comfortable, so I was thinking of staying there again this time, but due to the weak yen, the prices were higher than before, so this time I stayed at Stuccote 5, which was cheaper. The size of the room is smaller than 3, but it is acceptable. There was an air conditioner, a refrigerator, two towels, two bottles of water, shower gel and shampoo, but no soap. There is no security box in the room, and you have to leave your valuables in the security box behind the front desk (although I didn't leave them there). There was a ceiling fan on the ceiling and it was comfortable. The highlight of this hotel is the pool in the courtyard. Available from morning until evening. So every day I woke up in the morning and went swimming in an empty pool. However, something unexpected happened during this stay. Apparently, the building in Stuccote 5 is close to Barbiya, and the noise can be heard until about 2am. It was so noisy that I asked the front desk the next day to change to a quieter room, but they refused, saying they were fully booked. So I usually go to bed around midnight, but I managed to get around this by shifting my bedtime. Ear plugs and an eye mask are required when staying at this hotel. Also, the hotel has WI-FI, but it gets slow or cuts out. There was also a power outage during the day (no air conditioning for several hours). Construction noise could be heard even during the day, and this hotel was bothered by the noise. When I checked out, I was asked to keep my luggage, but I thought I would exchange it for a number tag or something, but the front desk told me to leave my luggage there. How would you respond if someone other than you came to pick up your package and said, "This package is mine?" The location is Soi Bukkao. The building is a little old, but it's a pretty good location for those who are used to it.It's a good value for money accommodation with a pool.

Terrible room, very old.The a/con has no remote so you cannot adjust the settings at all and when the compressor starts the noise is very loud and the doors/windows vibrate. Ceiling fan works but is loose in the ceiling, so much so you worry it's going to fall down.Paint peeling off of the doors and walls, not been decorated for many many years.I suspect they must have better rooms ?? But No.25 is very bad.....

Nice hostel for nice price. I booked on Agoda with ~$50/3 double room/night. It has swimming pool but small. Near beach for 300m and locate around 1.2km from Walking Street. I saw that many Western man stay here and there is pretty much sugar daddy couple in here. Anyway, good place to explore Pattaya cultural.
