This is the 2nd time staying.We booked a room through Trip.com. Check-in took a bit of time. Maybe it's because of the weekend.The room has a beautiful view as usual. We booked an ocean view room. Suitable for holidays. Quiet, good location, very easy to find.

The room is OK, but the door lock inside the room that is glass on the balcony is broken. Can't lock. Already informed the lobby. The first time the door repair staff opened it without knocking‼️ I was very shocked (which I was really not okay with😤). What should I do when I was naked? The repairs were slow. Walking in, walking out, very upset. End with a rest. That I didn't get to rest 😔😑Free Wifi but no login required. Very confused.

From turning to parking The security guard always helps with parking. The service is good. The room is suitable for the price. There is a bathtub with good water flow, both hot and cold. overlooking the sea Swimming pool, good view There is an onsen to soak in. Breakfast has a lot of variety. There's delicious grilled shrimp and clam spaghetti. Maybe you just need to avoid coming during festivals so you won't encounter too many people.

This hotel is located on the road between Sriracha and Laem Chabang. It is a tall building, a business office style. We came to stay and check it out. I want to change my accommodation. The room itself was neat, but there were few people and we didn't use the pool. We stayed only 2 nights, everything else was normal.

Walking towards the small garden in the middle that has seats, it's beautiful and looks good. But when you enter the lobby, it's like a completely different feeling. The bedroom is usable. But secretly a little old There are some spots where the paint is swollen and peeling off. The air conditioner is cool, but the best thing is that the breakfast is very spectacular. There are also river prawns.

I booked through booking and then came to read any reviews. I was shocked that there were no reviews left for 5-star hotels, haha. But the truth of what I got to experience was that it was good because I read reviews that it was a long check-in. So I went to visit first and then checked in at 5 p.m., good location, next to the road, good service staff. Park your car in front of the building and have an employee pick up your luggage from the car. Park your car and have a security guard watching the way for you. The porter will carry your luggage up to your room. The room overall looked clean, the lights were bright, the air conditioner was adjustable, but you had to wait a while for it to cool thoroughly. There are a lot of plugs. There's an electric kettle, microwave, electric stove, and sink. A large refrigerator, 1 set of plates + cutlery. The bathroom is a bit small. There is a spray hose. You have to stand in the tub to shower. It's on the 24th floor. The water flow is strong enough for women to wash their hair. The swimming pool is on the 5th floor, with a view of the city. At night, the wind blows cool. The breakfast line is very good. Pandan rice porridge comes with 3 other things: Thai food, a salad full of vegetables, fruit, and bread, lots of it! Sunday's menu has shrimp, mussels, and steamed squid tentacles. This much seafood sauce, what's not good in the first place?

Nice view swiming pool. Good room facilities: loundry machine, stovetop bar, and bath tub. Each room is arranged differently.It's just a waste. There is no bathroom partition. The water was completely messy.

I booked it with excitement. Try taking a chance. In conclusion, it's better than you think.Stay on Saturday, check-in quickly, no need to wait in line.Got a room right in front, very good service, but should have turned on the air conditioner a little, so it was a little hot. The room was beautiful, clean, very good view, got everything as requested, good mattress, comfortable sleep. Contact the hotel staff and receive fast service. Breakfast came down quite unexpectedly. But I think it's already available everywhere. Please come down a bit. It's much better than expected. Come to Sriracha next time. Definitely come to stay again 😊

I came here specifically because I wanted to soak in the onsen. I was very disappointed with the facilities.The pond isn't hot at all.The sauna room took a very long time to get hot. I wasted 2 hours and I still hadn't sweated. I called the staff for a long time and no one came to fix it. Finally called back and said Very bad, worst, most disappointed.

Very bad, booked in Agoda, called to confirm before the day of arrival. Report a problem and call Agoda to cancel. After a while it said that it was confirmed. 5 star hotels in Sriracha Affordable price, good location Good views with both Ocean view and mountain view rooms. Clean rooms. The shower room is clear glass with a curtain that can be moved up and down. The bathtub is the right size, the air conditioning is cool, and the food is delicious and has a lot of variety. But for some things, if they run out, they won't replenish them as well, such as desserts. Overall, worth the price.#Going to stay for the 2nd time, many things are the same. But the impression decreased. When checking in at the counterThe employee couldn't find the name from the ID card. I heard a male employee tell a female employee that she should try searching on .traveloka. I told the male officer that I booked from Agoda. The male employee hurriedly explained, "I would like to explain to the customer. that the app that customers book with is a booking app that may be reserved with another partner app." I didn't say anything. In the end, I couldn't find it and had to take the reservation number to find it. In conclusion, I wasted time with the ignorance of the employees. Not knowing how to find customer names is not enough. I still don't know about the Agoda booking app.Traveloka is a hotel booking app. Not Hotel combine or Trivago which is a price comparison app. I don't know if you'll still be able to talk with us as customers.
