Hotel is filthy from the lift to the rooms , barely clean the rooms dust from months ago not cleaned very bad cleaning standards and staff very rude and unaccomadating when asked about this issues wouldn't advise staying here

Terrible, booked through the app and called the hotel to check. The hotel said they had already entered the reservation system. On the day of arrival they said there was no one in the system. It was full.

DON’t STAY HERE! Booked a room that was confirmed and paid through Agoda a week in advanced, but on arrival the receptionist (also the owner)told me that all rooms were full. Asked her why she did not inform me earlier, they must have known this at least a day earlier, but she told me that she already had sent many customers with bookings away because the hotel was overbooked.She did not offer any solution or help, just “go look in street for room”. Never experienced such a rude staff. Agoda also called the hotel and tried to resolve the problem because the booking was confirmed and paid, but no success. Probably sold the room to someone for a higher price, so be aware when booking here… the owner is a very rude person and doesn't care a thing about her customers.

The infrastructure for sightseeing nearby is good.It is cheap compared to the room level and has its own restaurant and general store on the first floor, so the food is diverse and convenient.

Disgusting hotel😖the staff doesn’t do anything at all, they just sit on their phones(The linen was not changed since the last tenant, they slept on dirty linen after others, this is fu(The air conditioner is old and dirty, the room smells of dampness and cigarettes(There are stains and dust everywhereLocated next to the road and noise from mopeds all night🛵🏍️

My 3rd stay at this hotel,had a good deal with Agoda paid 470thb a night,Location is 5 minutes walk to soi chayapoon 3rd road side, around hotel are loads of local food places so the location for me is excellent300thb deposit for check-in,Room are good relatively new,so good air con, good bathroom with plenty hot water, room had balcony but only 1 chair, plenty of English language channels on TV,I had 2 free bottles of water during my stay and the room was never cleaned,if you are staying long you need to watch out about room cleaning as this hotel does not do daily room cleaning, it's my 3rd stay and my room has never been cleaned,There is a lift and check out is12pm,There is a restaurant downstairs and parkingI'm very happy to return to this hotel as long as I can get a good deal around 500thb it's excellent value for money I love the local location and just 10/15minutes walk to get to centre of soi bukhaow via soi chayapoon
