Honestly im horrified and extremely disgusted!! This place is a horrible place to stay in I recommend you go somewhere else I mean this doesn’t even deserve a star. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude plus they can’t even organise the rooms right. I honestly didn’t want to be a Karen about this but the fact that my friends have gone through this horrible experience as well has me gone absolutely mad! Please don’t come here!

The staff here are rude for no reason, they don't speak english and when they couldn't understand me they started rolling their eyes. Gave me the wrong room. I booked a twin bed but they gave us two singles. When I went down to tell them about their mistake they said that "they couldn't do anything about it and that we just had to deal with it." Horrible location if you're ever considering coming here then don't!! Save your money!!(p.s: the first 3 floors dont have any air conditioning!! this is from first hand experience)

Horrible place, don't come here. My parents booked a room for two adults and a child. I am 12 and on the website it CLEARLY says that 12 year olds are paid for as children, when we arrived to check in the 2 women working at the counter said that "I was 13" when I clearly wasn't. I was turning 13 this year yes, but I'm still 12 and on the website it says that if you book while you're 12 but when you arrive you're 13 you must pay as an adult, but I was clearly still 12. We even gave them our passports to confirm my age. You know what they said? "Yeah, well she looks 13." Like come on now... And then one of the ladies said "If you can afford a flight to Thailand then why can't you afford to pay for a room here?" Like how unnecessary is that come on now they we're overcharging us for something that could have been easily resolved if they just listened to us. They kept on insisting that I was 13. And they gave us the wrong room as well. We asked for one twin sized bed and one single bed but instead they gave us two single beds. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. The service here is horrible don't come here unless you wanna be met with rude staff.

The room is large enough and has a balcony. The building is old but the location is good. Unfortunately, there is no security box in the room. It's pitch dark in front of the hotel at night, but it's not a problem as it's right next to the street. Convenience stores, restaurants, and massages are also nearby. 7-8 minutes walk to the beach

We got a beautiful room with a view of the sea. The corner to sit and watch the sunset was very beautiful. The staff worked systematically at times/but there were 2 employees who seemed disrespectful and did not love their service work.(The 1st female employee) spoke badly to customers who could not speak English and made gestures to make customers understand that they were not happy to provide service to us. We will also check in for 1 additional night and open the room. Added 1 room. The employee informed me that I have to wait 10 minutes or go outside first to check in with the employee who will be changing shifts.(The 2nd male employee) blocked the parking lot and chose the service. We asked where we could park and used words that didn't sound good and were angry.#After we complained that the female employee had behaved badly towards us, when we walked into the accommodation to pick up the room key, she threw the key and did not say hello even though the husband had said hello and thank you as usual. A foreigner because they know that our room at Cotplan is very bad. Just a few bad employees spoil the whole system🙏🙏🙏Today, check out next time, come back and hope that the 2 employees will improve the service. Love the service, not come to work just for the salary.
