The swimming pool is big enough for babies to play in, and only one room key is given, which is inconvenient.There is a convenience store next door, but no other facilities are visible.A good hotel for quarantining package tourists

It is a medium sized hotel with warmth and good service staff. The rooms are clean, the swimming pool is very fun to play in. You can play in the pool from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. It's really great. The breakfast is delicious. The staff say that the service is good at every point, from the fonts to the service staff, and most importantly, the staff at the restaurant are very attentive to the guests, always asking what they want. The more you see that we are Thai, the more we come to provide good service. Very impressed. If anyone wants to find a hotel that has good service, clean rooms and is suitable for children, please stop by and use the services here. I guarantee that you will be impressed. Next time you will definitely come again.

The experience at this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff at the reception was not only unhelpful but also provided blatantly incorrect information. When we asked if they could turn on the water sprinkler so that my daughter could have some fun, the receptionist flatly refused and claimed that she couldn't do it. This refusal seemed unnecessary and inflexible, and it felt like we were being brushed off without any valid reason. It was only after I took the initiative to speak to the manager, whom I had to approach with utmost politeness, that the sprinkler was finally turned on. This whole process was frustrating and unnecessary, highlighting a significant lack of coordination and willingness to assist guests.Communication with the staff was another major issue. They spoke very little English, making it incredibly difficult to convey even the simplest requests. There was a palpable sense of indifference from them, as if the guests' needs and comfort were the least of their concerns. This lack of effective communication and empathy created a very unwelcoming atmosphere, making our stay even more unpleasant.To add to the disappointment, the breakfast provided by the hotel was dismal. It lacked any variety, with the same items being served every single day. This monotonous selection quickly became unappetizing and tiresome. For a hotel that presumably aims to cater to a diverse group of guests, the lack of effort in providing a varied and enjoyable breakfast was glaring.The only redeeming aspect of our stay was the staff at the buffet area. They were genuinely friendly and made an effort to be nice to us and our daughter. Their kindness and professionalism stood in stark contrast to the behavior of the reception staff. However, their positive attitude was not enough to compensate for the multitude of issues we faced elsewhere in the hotel.Overall, this experience was overwhelmingly negative, and I will never return to this hotel. The poor communication, lack of concern for guests, and the monotonous breakfast made our stay highly unsatisfactory. The only slight positive note was the buffet staff, but their friendliness was not enough to make up for the numerous shortcomings of this establishment.

The swimming pool with high Cp value is suitable for children to play in the water. There is a height difference and there is a swimming ring on site. There are few breakfast options and the room cleaning details are not good enough.

When I finished swimming The restaurant's towels were wet. So I'm going to change the restaurant to make it clean. You can't change it at the counter. His posture was not very good. There is a swimming pool. Clean towels must also be used.You will not be able to communicate with friends or family members. We will show you the best of luck in the world!

I personally like it very much, the transportation is convenient. The room is bright, the air conditioner is new and cools down quickly. 😂The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc., but other toiletries are available. There is a hair dryer (very windy).There are many snacks, 7-11, and fruit sellers downstairs on the left side of the hotel.The service is fast, and someone will deal with it as soon as there is a problem.

The room is new, clean, the mattress is very good, sleep comfortably, the air conditioner is cool, the water flows strong, the breakfast is good, the price is not expensive, I recommend it. We came to stay 13-14 April '24.
