If you are only going to use it for sleeping, if you do not have luxury expectations, and if it will be more economical than your other options, I recommend you choose it.

Decent stay for cheap. AC in the room but the room itself it’s not very clean with small insects and hair. Very very noisy all through the night as well (I woke up at 4am and there was still music at all volume). The street is inside the red lights district so if you are not looking for that I recommend another place

Just an average capsule hostel, but the down side is two “ladies” at the Bar/reception with horrible attitude. And I couldn’t receive my deposit back due to weird working hours of this place. Also it’s located on a very busy and loud Bar street, so if you looking for a place to relax and get a good rest look elsewhere! I do not recommend this place!

I slept here for five nights. The room is completely clean and nice with new AC and everything you need. The bed is wide and comfortable, but the bathroom lacks a towel rack. The staff are very nice. Hotel street is unfortunately full of potholes.Good value, I can imagine staying here again.I recommend that place.

There's no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so you'll have to leave the door to the guest room open. I wonder if the humidity removal ventilation function is effective because there is an air conditioner. Well, I didn't feel as much humidity as I expected. Perhaps because I took a room at the back of the building, I didn't have to worry about the noise from the main street. The menu here has some elaborate items, but they seem to be delivered from the restaurant owned by the same owner. No hair dryer, no tooth brushing, no shaving, I used my own. Water, coffee sticks, pot, microwave, and refrigerator available. It's mostly clean and works fine.I told them I wanted to check out at 7:00 on the 19th, but no one woke up. I left only my keys. I'll get the deposit when I arrive next May. Please give me back my deposit when I come next May.This room was smaller than last time. Shower and toilet rooms are small. Water also collects on the floor. What I hated the most was the smell of sewage coming up from the sink drain.

Stayed here for 3 days , had a room with balcony. Place was clean , not soundproof music from street as expected, shower overlapped with toilet. Staff was friendly with good drink prices. Alisa the receptionist was exceptionally good , very helpful and polite , even arranged taxi for me at check out . Great overall :)

It's a shame, I should have given 5 stars, but our experience changed during check-out. If I could have put 0, I would have done so.Let's be factual: the room is clean, comfortable and pleasant. The location is excellent, although it is noisy (which is quite logical in Pattaya).Only, it wasn't our surprise when at 8:15 a.m., we didn't see anyone during check-out. So here we are stuck in the hotel having to wait for someone to come to collect the keys and ABOVE ALL, give us back our 1000 bat deposit, a non-negligible sum.Except that when you have a bus at 9 a.m., you unfortunately don't have all the time. After 40 minutes of waiting, discussion with neighboring hotels and calls to a non-functional number, someone finally arrived to take care of us. Except it’s too late, we missed our bus. Our deposit is returned, that’s already it. Naively, we tell ourselves that the least the hotel can do is take responsibility and show patronage. Nay! The receptionist starts to sulk when we ask her for a refund of our bus tickets, explaining that we should have informed her the day before our “early” departure (8:30 a.m., remember). How should we have known something we were never told about?! In five months of travel, this is unheard of for us, and a ridiculous lack of maturity.Moral of the story: if you go there, remember to notify the hotel of your departure if it takes place between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. But the best thing is to go elsewhere.
