I was checked-in for a few hours before embarkation to our vessel... we arrived at the airport and traversed the highway in more or less an hour... I was assigned to a large room which was very spacious though they lack some standard toiletries good thing I always brought them... 2 drinks were complimentary in the room... we had a complimentary breakfast buffet with most of the items with mostly typical asian food... my only gripe though was the drinking water in the resto whether hot or cold tasted like moss - when i took the shower the running water also smelled the same...

I would like to share a good experience. I slept in this hotel during the Chinese New Year Festival of 2024. I went to sleep in this hotel for the first time in front of the check-in lobby and felt that the hotel was OK. I traveled to stay with my family and opened 3 rooms. So I asked the hotel staff and said that I would like one room with the best view and two normal rooms and bought it for my sister and mother to stay. I got the key and went up to the bedroom on the 10th floor. I got a corner room. I don't know what the corner room is, but I probably thought it was a spacious room and a corner room on the edge of the building or something like this, where my room and my mother's room were. Very far from each other because the hotel is quite old and There are approximately 30 rooms per floor. When it was bright at 6 a.m., I walked over and told the story. I told my mother to listen and called the hotel staff that it was like this. I hadn't slept from 2:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. I don't know what the noise was. It was very loud. I asked how many rooms there were on this floor. The staff said there were about four to five rooms and My family's rooms already have three rooms and the first floor has about 30 rooms. I want to say that it's not wind noise because it's a very closed building. It's impossible for wind to come in because there are doors in the rooms. Both the front door and the bedroom door were unable to let wind in at all, and that was important. I myself went to sleep on the seventh floor and heard this sound as well, but I thought it was the sound of the wind. So I had the technician come in and fix it. I asked the employee where the wind noise was coming from. There's a double-storey door. There's no way it could be the wind noise. We're the ones who encountered it and we were able to distinguish it as noise. The wind or any sound and the more we prayed, it got louder and louder and louder until we couldn't sleep for even a minute. It was very painful. Oh, we skipped the shot a little bit. At that time, my girlfriend got up to turn on the light and saw my younger sibling open the door to look. Because my younger sibling is a foreigner, in the morning he said that someone had knocked on the foreigner's door, so he walked out and looked. I looked to the left and right to see who was knocking but there was none.

Hotel just renovate. Almost everything is new except air con. Most of the staffs is very friendly.

The pool is very clean, the fitness center is good, the rooms are clean, some rooms may have problems. But I informed the staff and it was quickly resolved. The service section is really very good.
