Last night I had a chance to stay and go to the floating island event. Let's take the advantages first.1. The price paid for the 1 bedroom suite at 1xxx is considered worth it. There is a free onsen, a free sauna, a swimming pool, and a very good breakfast. The first time, I stayed in room 1704 on the 17th floor, took my things in and watched TV for a while, then went to the Koh Loi event and came back around 11:00 p.m. to take a shower. I just found out that2. The room is fully equipped, including kitchen utensils. We stopped by Lotus and bought 1 kilogram of pork loin to make steak for 3 people. Parents and children are happy.3.Sauna rooms and onsen rooms are free for staying customers. It's Japanese style, which means being naked, spacious and clean, which is considered very okay.4. Breakfast is not very diverse, but it's very ok. What I like is that there is Japanese rice sprinkling powder as well, which is the normal kind. Buying 1 pack is about 90 baht - 100 baht. And as someone who likes to eat rice sprinkling powder a lot, you can eat this one. The clear noodle soup is also delicious. The yogurt is served in cups, not yogurt poured from a bottle and then let the customer scoop it out. This is considered a great investment.5. The price of food for ordering and eating is considered not expensive for an a la carte hotel. 80-90 100 baht per set. Japanese food, saba fish rice, 120 baht is considered a good price. It's not too hard on the wallet to pay.The disadvantage is room 1704.1. The bathtub is leaking and the water is flowing all over the room. There will be a living room with water all over the floor. Very scary. If there is an electric shock, will the hotel be responsible for anything to the customers? Because there is really a lot of oil. This room feels private. Since opening the door I feel uncomfortable and gloomy. I couldn't breathe, but that's okay. I think this price and the various services received are OK.2. If the toilet doesn't flush well, the water spins a little. The water will become sluggish first and then slowly collapse. When notified to the lobby, the staff changed the room to a new one, room 1411.In this room, although there is no electric stove like the first room, this room looks airy with high ceilings and the living room is wider. The mattress was very good. I slept well until morning. The room was quiet and didn't hear anything. The toilet looks new and the water pressure goes down quickly. It's also a 1 bedroom room but I'm not sure if it's the same type or not. But thank you very much to the staff for changing the room. Overall, I like it.

The hotel is large but outdated, and the staff are unprofessional, making me feel uneasy with their handling of my credit card. Given the same price range, I'd prefer to stay at another hotel. However, a positive aspect is that the hotel offers a sauna, although we didn't utilize it. Moreover, the room is spacious. We also booked the room with breakfast, but based on our experience, we opted not to dine there.

Excellent Japanese style hotel. Very spacious rooms. They have everything you need and more. We only stayed there for one night but you could easily live there for weeks, it's like an apartment. Rooms have not only showers but also baths. There is a sink, lots of cupboards with plates, glasses, utensils, large fridge, etc. There is also an outdoor pool and a decent gym available. Breakfast buffet was ok. Recommended.
