Hotel quality goes hand in hand with price. Plus etiquette for every service provider in the hotel. Especially the front part entering the negative stage It's as if we came to ask for free service. Even though the full amount has been paid, please check and consider it.

Prices in the city, sea view, close to the beach, beautiful, good service, the hotel looks a little old. In a fully furnished room, big room, soft bed, quiet room, got it for almost 150,000 baht. For this price, the air conditioner should be a little cooler. Sleeping like the heater is on, I feel sticky. The sheets have a lot of dust on them.

The location is good. Everything is convenient.❌❌Room 425 is very bad, old, has problems with the electrical system in the room. It turns on and off by itself all the time, the water flows gently, the shower cream is in a pump bottle, nothing says on the bottle, not worth the price. The lights in the room aren't bright at all. Old towel with torn edge The food is not delicious, there is little, not enough to eat, not worth the price. It should be improved. If booking through app A I'm very disappointed.

The rooms and design looks creepy and the smells are a bit off the stuff are nice but the worst thing is the room 415 it’s hunted if ur trying to go to the hotel pls do not choose room 415 because it happens at night when everyone was sleeping it was only me and my sister we are waiting for 12am because it was her birthday and after my brothers came to surprise at 12am we sing happy birthdayand then when they go back to the room the ghost follow them we heard knocking and whispering all night

Rating: -1 out of 5 starsWe recently had a horrendous 4-day stay with our family (including a child) at Hotel Selection Pattaya, and it fell far short of even basic expectations.Unprofessional and Rude Staff: Throughout our stay, the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. They were consistently rude and dismissive of our concerns, even attempting to avoid dealing with issues altogether.Unhygienic and Unusable Bathroom: The bathtub was a nightmare. It lacked hot water, and their solution was to propose filling it with scalding water from a heater pipe! To top it off, the tub was filthy with sand and hair clogging the drain. The sink situation wasn't much better - no stopper and poor water pressure.Broken Amenities and Room Misery: The TV was outdated, and the air conditioner initially didn't function. After much arguing, they finally agreed to change our room. However, the new room's bathtub was just as bad, though the air conditioning initially worked. Unfortunately, this "fix" was short-lived, as the air conditioner started leaking a day later.Unacceptable Standards: When questioned about these issues, the staff made an unbelievable statement: "This isn't a 4-star hotel, it's a 2-star." They even suggested removing the misleading 4-star rating from online platforms!Ruined First Day and Vacation Woes: The constant need to argue with staff about basic amenities like hot water and a functioning air conditioner completely wasted our first day and significantly dampened our vacation spirit.The Only Positive: The balcony offered an amazing beach view, but that was the sole redeeming factor of this hotel.Overall, Hotel Selection Pattaya was a complete disappointment. We strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Rude staff, unhygienic bathrooms, and malfunctioning amenities made this stay a nightmare. The only "selection" you'll make here is the selection to avoid this hotel altogether!!

The hotel is somewhat misleading from the preview. It is very old, smells a bit off, and the rooms are not well maintained. However, the cleanliness is still within an acceptable standard. The staff are polite and helpful, so good job on that part.There is plenty of parking, and the location is within walking distance to the beachside road. There is no service from the hotel at all. Considering the price, it is what you would expect.

The reviews recently were pretty harsh. We had a pleasant stay and everything went smooth. Checkout should be a bit faster though, it's draining when you have to wait for your deposit.

Near Beach Road & Soi 6. Starbucks and convenience store are right nearby. You can relax on Pattaya Beach and watch the sunset from your room.The service was good, but there were no amenities. Please bring your own toothbrush and shampoo.There was shower gel. That's it.Breakfast was pretty good. There was a different menu on both days.
