This time the swimming pool is closed for renovations.There are many customers staying. But there aren't enough seats in the dining room. Even though there is already a meal round arranged But when it's time to arrive, you still have to wait in line for quite a long time.

The room is clean. The bathroom is secretly cramped as well. The hotel did not notify in advance that the pool would not be usable. (Can only be used in the water park) So I'm a little bored.Breakfast is terrible, no variety, really very little food. That is, I felt it was not worth it at all for choosing to include breakfast. The taste is not delicious. The bacon was very oily. There were a lot of people, it was crowded, and I had to stand and wait in line for a long time in front of the restaurant even though I came at the reserved time.

The rooms are new and very clean. Amenities are ready. The staff take good care of you. Especially the maidSmiling, quick service, very polite.There is little parking. You have to park downstairs. It's a long walk.There is a long queue for breakfast because there are many guests. I would like to add more to the menu.

There is a foam party at 4 p.m. but there are a lot of people. Not suitable for young children Period of stay The swimming pool is closed for renovations. The kid club zone has a few toys.Employees provide good service at a certain level. But this hotel has many guests. So there are disadvantages. When going up and down the elevator you have to wait quite a long time. Due to the small number of elevators If you want to go swimming on the 3rd floor or return to your room on the other floors. Or go down to the L floor to go to the lobby. You have to wait quite a long time. Sometimes you may have to wait 5-10 minutes as the hotel has more than 30 floors.Menu at the cafe below It should show the price including VAT. Ordered coffee for 110 baht, but the price came out to be 130 baht. When inquiring, it was learned that the price did not include VAT. It may be printed in the menu book. but didn't noticeThere are a lot of parking spaces. It's a parking building in the back. You can wait for the shuttle to come to the lobby. If you walk, it will be quite far.

Great hospitality! All staff are nice and helpful. I chose this hotel was mainly for The Wave, even though it is a bit compact pool but still good enough because I visited at low season. Luckily, I met the solar halo and took a great picture. Overall the hotel, The Wave, the service are all definetly worth the price.

Beautiful hotel, clean, inexpensiveBut I want the hotel to notify first. From the time of booking that The swimming pool cannot be used (booked through a non-refundable agent) so you can plan accordingly.Wifi is poor, even very bad, disconnects very often. Suitable for people who come to relax and really cut off from the outside world.But don't bring work to do with it.

Not worth the price. Very disappointed.
Experience was closer to a serviced apartment than a hotel. Breakfast had very little to cater to non-halal guests. The pool facilities were much smaller than I expected, over-crowded, and no available areas to sit and relax.

Great for kids, the water park is a big hit. Nice rooms with big beds and great views. The lifts are a bit of a pain, there are 3 in total and around 35 floors. If it’s busy you can spend very long periods of time waiting around for the lift. Service is ok, not exceptional but not bad either, price is also very reasonable. Location is great, easy to get a grab and head anywhere in the city in a few minutes.Breakfast was a bit of a mess, absolute chaos. Perhaps it was just a busy period. I wouldn’t recommend it, you can get better breakfast from anywhere close by and eat it in peace.One major issue, the hotel serves no beer or alcohol in any of its bars or restaurants or room service! Some of the staff were very kind enough to head out to a 7/11 for us though.

To put the expectations correct this place is anything but a 5 Star hotel and would qualify for a decent 3 Star. It could have obtained a 5 Star rating due to facilities or basic amenities it provided. But, surely, one will not get the experience which you would expect from staying at renowned 5 Star hotels. Also, this accommodation is more catered for families with children and children related recreational activities. If you’re looking to spend a day or two with young children it would be quite acceptable. As this place seem to be catered for families with children, understandably they also do not serve or sell alcohol so if wanted a beer or two bring it with you. The food selection or in room dining is also rather limited and it is about 900m from nearest convenient store. The rooms were clean but a little worn and several rooms which we booked for our large family experienced card key access issues despite being coded correctly which was rather frustrating. So it would be wise to consider one’s preference before choosing this accommodation.

The hotel has a water park to play in Center Point style.The rooms are designed unlike anywhere else I have stayed. Or because it's Grand or not Grand? The room is service apartment style. The room is not big but has 2 air conditioners. The smell of the room is not okay. The room is dark and good, but there is a rattling noise all night. Makes it difficult to sleep Standard breakfast, reasonable price

On this trip, there were four adults and two children (3Y/11Y), and we booked two rooms for two nights. The equipment and price in the room are OK.The portion of bath products is not enough, please ask housekeeping staff to increase it.The best thing is the water slide provided by the hotel, where adults and children have a lot of fun.Parts that need improvement: artificial waves, you can rent surfboards for 100 baht, only cash is accepted. It's very unreasonable. How can you bring cash with you when you go out to play in the water? It's really far to walk back to the room. The room number cannot be used for deduction, which is very inconvenient. Hope it can be improved.The breakfast part has not changed much for two consecutive days, with only one dish changed. It's acceptable to Taiwanese tastes. Of course, you may not want to eat it the second time. If you are staying continuously, it is recommended to book breakfast for one day. Children under ten years old need to pay 198 baht to enter the restaurantOverall, it was a very good experience. As long as the price remains the same, I would like to come back next time.
